Thought you guys might appreciate this geometric Japanese Spitz tribute I designed and built out of paper!
I’ve been prototyping this low-poly design and finally got the angles dialed in. It is made entirely out of folded cardstock. Let me know what you think!
I got tired of doomscrolling in cafes, so I designed a 'Digital Detox' physical zine. I just convinced 5 cafes in Dwarka to put it on their tables for free.
Hey Dwarka folks! Every time I go to a cafe in Sector 10/12, everyone is just staring at their phones. I’m a local paper artist, so I decided to make a physical, analog crossword/puzzle sheet to give people something tactile to do while waiting for their coffee.
It’s completely free. I just dropped the first batch at Elito, Cafe Beyond Eyes, Uncover, and After Hours.
If you're grabbing coffee this weekend, ask the staff for it, mess it up, and play the game.
Let me know what you think so I can make Volume 2 harder next week! 🫠
Engineered a completely tabless low-poly cat for 16ga steel to eliminate flap-disc grinding. Here is the zone map and a render of the goal. How does the seam layout look to the pros here?
I wanted to avoid tedious grinding, so I mapped this entire geometry out for edge-to-edge butt joints on 16-gauge mild steel. I separated the head, spine, and legs into four distinct assembly zones (see first pic) to try and manage heat distortion during assembly.
Before I run the DXF and start nesting the cuts, does this seam layout make sense for TIG fit-up? Any red flags or tight corners I should worry about?
