[US] question about parenting plan [KS]

What did you put in your parenting plan with a high conflict and controlling parent and stepparent. We had it modified last year and they are wanting to modify AGAIN based off of “things the child relayed” (2nd grade)… an example was “not having everything the other kids have” which i asked for an example 3 times and was provided with nothing. Anyways just looking to see if there was anything that helped smooth things out for anyone that they outlined in their plan?

Step parent issue

My child’s step parent and I get along somewhat ok. We do most of the communicating bc the other bio parent and I fight too much. Well step parent tells me my child had an appt today. I was not told about it ever and step parent took them. I was able and free. I’m a little irritated I wasn’t even notified. They said oh i thought bio parent told you (knowing we don’t even speak) Is this even worth bringing up? It may be worth it to add - the other bio parent has told me they truly believe in the eyes of the law that spouses are legal guardians and they refuse to acknowledge that they are not viewed as anything of the sort in our state.

Weird mom

I’ve been no contact with mom since 2022. She tried to take me to court to earn rights to see 1/4 children in 2024.. how odd is that in itself. I was sent a photo tonight of her wearing a neon shirt with pictures of that one child she tried gaining rights to…. I’m SO weirded out and wish there was something I could do.

2 phones- thoughts?

Back story. I share a middle school aged child. Recently the other parent for 50/50 for summer only. And now is saying they are buying the child a new phone for their house. The child has had one for 3+ years. I do have some parameters on it since they are just a kid. YouTube is limited to xx hours and it shuts off at 11pm, has to have password to add contacts (we have some people who may not have contact with the child) anyways-

Anyone have a coparent who did this as well? If so how did it go? I feel like it will complicate everything and all their friends will never know which phone number to contact as well as family. Or maybe it will work out fine. Thanks in advance for input!

I’m so upset! Sports related issue

My son got a new bat and his dad’s gf came and snatched his old bat out of MY wagon! Claims to have bought it- which may or may not be true.. but why would you take it away from the kid? We have 8 + games left in the season and she said “he doesn’t need it he has a brand new one now”. I’m appalled.. and i feel so bad for my son. He was so sad.
