If Psylocke joined the Marvel Tokon roster, which Psylocke would it be?

I know (presumably) Kwannon is in the background for the X-man stage but I kinda hope Sai can be written into the universe somehow as an excuse to showcase more of her (Sai is still a relatively new variant and all)

Is the resemblance between Tulip Hamato and Psylocke coincidental?

I haven’t read the recent Blade comics yet but for a second I thought Tulip was Psylocke given they both have some similarities (Japanese, Long Black Hair, Femme Fatal, and butterfly motif). She looks like she could be a Psylocke variant from another timeline or something.
