Does anyone know what happened at In-N-Out?

I was at the Winco off of Washington and Buffalo and I heard what literally sounded like every single police car in Las Vegas heading somewhere. It was so bizarre because I have never heard anything like that. I could hear them all and they sounded like they were right next to me, but I couldn’t see any of them. And I am 36 years old and I’ve never heard that many police at one time before, and I lived here through the Vegas shooting. Anyway, I just so happen to be heading down Buffalo and I made a right on the Lake Mead and I’m passing by In-N-Out to get to the 95 and I see exactly what I heard when I was at Winco. I’ve never seen so many cops at one place ever. There were so many of them. They were stealing over into chipotle parking lot. They didn’t have anywhere to go. I couldn’t see what was going on, but I am nervous because I live about two minutes away from that In-N-Out. Anyone know what happened? This was maybe like 10-15 minutes ago.

Need Help

I have been at this for quite some time now and I keep hitting the same dead end. My mom‘s side of the family is easy, it looks like everyone on her side has been in the United States literally since the first boat came. So, there is a record for every single person quite literally. My issue is my dad side of the family. My great grandfather came to the United States from Italy when he was a young man. So trying to find any information about that side of the family is much more difficult. Not only that, but it seems like all of my Italian ancestors would use different names. Anytime there is a record of them doing anything. Traveling, records, census, etc. I was told that there are ties to the Italian mafia, so I think that may have something to do with it. I would love to find out more about that, but I don’t really know how to go about that when I can’t even tie a name down to a single person. However, my main issue is that when I did my DNA test, I was contacted by someone who was my closest relative. He said he is adopted, and according to the results he is either my uncle or a first cousin. He looks exactly like my father, and my Italian genetics are strong, everybody who has my Italian jeans looks alike. That is my father‘s paternal side of the family. I have asked my dad about this and surprisingly he doesn’t seem very interested. I told the man who contacted me that I would attempt to gather any information I could to find out where he came from, but my only link to that side of the family is my dad, and he acts like he doesn’t know anything. But I get the sense that he does. However, if he doesn’t want to sharing details with me, there’s not really much I can do. On my family tree, it places this man as a sibling to my dad. To my knowledge, my dad only has one sister and she is developmentally disabled so she never married and she never had any kids that I know of. How do I find out more information about where this mysterious relative of mine came from? My gut tells me that he is my dad‘s brother, but I can’t prove it. Any ideas?

What color is my eyes?

I have been told since I was a child that I have Hazel eyes. My dad has Hazel eyes, in fact my father and I have very similar eye balls, in that we both have a “birth mark” on our eye ball’s. Yes, that is a thing.

When I was a kid, maybe 10 years old, my mom took me to the ophthalmologist to get my eyes checked as she was concerned about a sort of film looking material in my eye. She thought it was something that might one day migrate over my corneas, and affect my vision.

The doctor said it was nothing to be concerned about. He said it was a birth mark and that it would never move. Many years later, it has never moved, grown, or caused any residual issues.

Anyway my father and I both have this in one of our eyes.

What color do you see?

Best Earbuds on the market

I have done some research, and I feel like I have run into a wall. I want to buy the best earbuds on the market right now, cost is not an issue, but I am not willing to spend over $500, that is just ridiculous.

  • Needs: I will be using them to listen to podcasts/music(while stationary and while working out), I will mostly be using them for audio and microphone to attend work meetings largely using zoom and Teams, they would need to have fantastic ANC, as well as a separate Transparency/Aware Mode, and at least a reasonable Battery Life & Charging, different size ear tips as I usually have issues with earbuds staying in my ears and getting that airtight seal as well as comfort, connection at long ranges, IPX7 waterproof rating, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Wants: Spatial Audio with Head Tracking, Adaptive Audio, excellent Battery Life & Charging, Voice Isolation/Enhanced Mics, Customization & Controls, Smart Sensors, excellent pairing and connectivity, an app for iPhone, and after market ear tips and possibly ear hooks.

I have owned Airpods(not the 3rd or 4th gen), Bowers and Wilkins Pi8, Sennheiser Momentum S2, Technics AZ100, and Sony WF-1000XM4 or 5 I can't remember. The only one of which I actually enjoyed were the B&W's, which I still own, but I am looking to upgrade.

I am willing to compromise on my wants and needs if necessary. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
