I accidentally kept my old work laptop for 1.5 years.
It’s broken, still company-managed, and was never collected. It also has all the usual corporate security software and management tools installed. I don’t want it or the potential liability.

returned my replacement when I left, but this one vanished into the void. I’d rather not contact my ex-employer after 1.5 years and accidentally resurrect a corporate blame ritual.

Is there a way to get rid of it that is an environment friendly and not get any troubles (rather do not want to lawyer up again with that company .

I have shares vesting 3 month into my unemployment. They appear as SVLoon from my previous employer.

I didn’t think about them and reported no income the previous month now, UWV online asks me to clarify to review what the previous employer claims is correct and therefore me claims are incorrect.

What am I supposed to do is that actually 4K income?

I guess I should just “say oh the reported sv loon from employees was correct?

Will I get a fine?

I am looking into career change and into a role that is barely recognized or thought of. So I would like to pitch it to a company as it will safe some $$ .

Now whom do I address Recruiters seem overworked and not sure if they would even pass on my outreach.

Directly reaching out to C level would they even be interest in such approach. Once they are hooked and show interest in hiring me. Woukd the job need to be made public to give others the change to apply? - I once got a job vis internal referral from my manager, but they had to official open the position to be hired internally for fair play reason.

Any thoughts ?
