Without Warning (1994 tv film)

The full movie is available for free on YouTube. I don't want to end up spoiling this movie so I'll try to sell the idea to you all:

The film involves a simulation of watching a news channel broadcast the events following an asteroid falling to earth, many claiming it's an alien. The direction of the film is fairly realistic with the acting, the writing, the way it's filmed, kudos to the film as well for finding early small actors for many of the roles to sell the illusion better, even having a real journalist play himself.

The movie was inspired (but not based on) Orson Welles War of the worlds, the movie having been released on the anniversary of the radio broadcast.

If you're a sucker for borderline sci-fi films where you're confllicted on what's going on, long built up i'd say it's a good watch.

Why are some trans men so miserable about the fact they're men

Outsider here, but I've met a few trans men online and one in real life (this doesn't apply to him) but I see them act so sad about the fact they're men, so self depremential, as if the moment they try to change their body they'll become some sort of icky rapist. Like I'd get being sort of conflicted because dudes are seen as more patriarchal and misogynistic but they wouldn't shut about how they were evil and gross for wanting to be men. Like dude, being a man Is beautiful, you're beautiful and I love you, if anyone out there is making you think you becoming a dude somehow makes you cruel, they're stupid. This is what makes you happy right? Don't stay in the closet and stay miserable because of "Men icky" rhetoric. One of them decided that they would keep dressing feminine as to not "scare" others I don't know if that's normal for trans men but it sure doesn't feel like it.

Kpop is evil, not just cringe

This isn't about stans, this is about the industry.

Kpop is statistically the cruelest industry, promoting abuse, insane beauty standards, the sexualization of childhood, and more. This happens in other countries but not nearly to the same degree. Kpop is a HYPERcapitalistic void based on using music theory to make as much money as possible to the labels. People are basically sold as personas and brands promoted to parasocial fans of whom are encouraged. South korea is a dreadful country to live in with some of the highest SA and suicide rates, many people become idols in hopes of not being stuck in poverty. Im willing to debate in comments. Not to mention almost all of the charting songs are proven to be ghostwritten.

I just think the idea of how modern reality would be different if vampires were the status quo instead of humans, a story with a vampires as the main narrator
