How to expand or contract the parts of an image within a mask?

Simple task here (or so it seemed at the time). How do I stretch the piece of the image within a mask so it looks zoomed in independently of the rest of the image? How do I, for example, make the eye look like it entirely fills up the mask without affecting the rest of the image?

Other bands that make music like Whispering Gallery

I am currently listening to the album Like A Dream Of Never-Ending Beauty... Love Never Dies... and want to hear other bands that are similar in nature to this. One second, I am enjoying a gentle harmony and the next, the rhythm section is pounding me like I owe it money. Contrasting is beautiful. So I am looking for other bands that have a similar dynamic. No, the album is not perfect, but it sure is nice.

Please provide links to YouTube or Bandcamp or the like if you really love the material. Just not Spotify. I like paying artists when I can.

Looking for doom metal with keyboards and other "exotics"

Ashes You Leave had a couple of great and good albums. Lay Down Alone has literally everything I look for in a song, and I have played it with bands consisting of friends and acquaintances (I play bass and basso-profundo/growly vocals). Sleepytime Gorilla Museum might not be doom, per se, but Helpless Corpses Enactment is the kind of song I could play and feel perfectly at peace.

I am hoping to find more bands or songs that are even half as good as these selections. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cruciform, a band that could have been a great international act if not for the band caving in just as the wider world was getting interested.

Aphelion is a great song. Before I escaped that place, I was attending this band's shows pretty regularly. You cannot see me in the video, but you would not need to rotate the camera too far to the left in one shot to do so. This was the first time Cruciform played the song for an audience.

Back in the 1990s, they were just signed to a European label when internal troubles broke them up. Would they be remembered as much as artists like Cathedral? Probably not. But one cannot help but wonder.

Anyway, for those who have not heard Cruciform, I hope this fills your Find New Artists quota for the week/month/year/whatever.

Looking for something similar to Therion around Lemuria time.

An Arrow From The Sun is one of Therion's best songs. I can do without Sirius B except for Kali-Yuga parts one and two. Probably the other Therion songs that best exemplify the sound that appeals to me are Eternal Return and the first half of Deggial.

Any recommendations?

Seeking some doom bands with harmonics.

Mammoth Weed Wizard Bastard made some beautiful music on Les Paradis Artificiels. Year Of No Light has a lot of beautiful harmonies. Hamferð is a beautiful trip.

So my question is, may I please have some recommendations other than clones of Sleep, Warning, et al? I enjoy a wall of fuzzy sound that changes notes twice a minute at the most, but I am tired of what I have and I am tired of that sound. I find it difficult to believe that the members of Black Sabbath think much of it either, given how many interesting rhythms and harmonics they made.

I was told not long ago by someone I see once a week that "it all sounds the same". When I asked him what he heard, he cited just about every band that gets posted here almost exclusively. Supertzar and Megalomania had him open-mouthed with surprise.

I have run out of good albums by The Residents.

EDIT: I cannot edit the post title, but as I was half-asleep and am under the influence of medications that I need to get any sleep at night, I will just say "harmonies" and say good night.

Disturbing songs from the 1970s and especially 1980s

So. I am building a collection of songs that, to quote the album title, make me want to throw my stereo out the window. Yes. So I need some new songs that are going to make people feel uncomfortable when they hear it. Songs of this description that are already in the compilation include Walking On Thin Ice and Why Not by Yoko Ono, and Hamburger Lady by Throbbing Gristle. The latter is especially my Jam because the sound matches what I feel and my thought process when I have blood glucose so low that I ought to be in a coma.

PS. Grown up songs. No Baby Shark or other such bullshit. The key word is disturbing.

So... any recommendations?

Looking for something new.

Rottendawn and Unholy are where it is at. Year Of No Light and Lifelover are the most recent acquisitions and listens. Can anyone recommend things similar to these?

Unholy and Rottendawn

Rottendawn has one album, here on Bandcamp.

Unholy is a pretty known quantity for doomy folk who were there in the 1990s explosion, and the classic example of a band that could never catch a break. Their fourth album is definitely one of their best. I prefer the song Gray Blow, from their first album. But well, they had some amazing stuff.

Anyone have any similar artists to recommend?

Question. Many of my DLC quests are no longer activating at all no matter where I go, what I shoot, or which button I push.

Is there an updated list of how I make the Creation Club quests like Enclave Remnants et al start? I grow tired of chasing down random locations.

How to determine number of songs and total running time, easily, without fuss

So I am in this weird point where I have three different DAPs (yeah, I know), and the way I do things, well, I feel an overwhelming need to know how many song files I have and the total listening time they add up to. So far, I have been using UAPP, and it is a bit of an exercise in frustration. Waiting for the player to show the total number is a long wait, scrolling through every song in the tracks display ends with 20 percent or more of the battery being consumed unless I do this while the player is charging. Using the folders view seems to work a bit better, but only when I go to the folders for the new albums.

Is there a better way than this? Surely someone in Google-land thought "hey, maybe the guy using this product wants to know exactly how much stuff he has on his storage card". Right?

EDIT: Apologies for not being more specific. All of my hardware is Apple, with the exceptions of the DAPs. And I am not exactly ready to pay money for an app that might only serve one function.
