I just started 2 days ago on 15mg. When do these awful side effects go away. Brian fog, zombie, fatigue

Dr has me on 10.5mg caplyta for
Last 3 weeks. I also been taking 5mg lexapro for 20 years and klonopin 1mg 20 years. The caplyta is giving me brain fog from hell at 3 weeks. The dr wants me to do a direct switch from lexapro to
Cymbalta . I have bad anxiety, depression. Is this a good idea ?

Terrified of starting new med. Please any good positive advise. I don’t have bipolar or schizophrenia but do have mdd and worry, anxiety. Will it help. Thanks. I
Had it for 2 weeks and been staring at it everyday , it’s 10.5mg

I have been on lexapro for last 20 years . I was on 5mg the last year and half. My anxiety, ocd, depression crept back in in May so I went to 10mg lexapro for 28 days but the side effects were awful, so I stopped and went back to 5mg lexapro for a few days and then doctor had me switch to 10mg Prozac . So I have been taking 10mg Prozac for 12 days and it’s been hell. Having severe activation and crazy energy and anxiety. So I called doctor today and he said I could just stop it. I thought I had to taper or something. He said the lexapro is out of my system on day 12 and I could just stop the 10mg Prozac . He also called in Cymbalta and told me to try it. I’m once point I don’t want to be on anything anymore, 3 months of mental torment. I don’t know what to do anymore. Is there anybody that’s has an opinion or what should I do. I have seen doctors , therapist, psychiatrist and they are about useless.

I have also been on clonazepam 1mg for 20 years . It’s the only thing that’s helping me at the moment.
