AI Company

Hi! I’m new to Instructional Design. I was lucky enough to land an ID role just last month after transitioning from being a Corporate Trainer.

The company I’m with now relies heavily on AI specifically Claude. As a new ID, I want to build a strong foundation and not become too dependent on AI, especially when it comes to designing courses. Here, almost everything is created with the help of AI.
My concern is that if I rely on AI too much, I might struggle in the future if I move to another company that doesn’t use the same tools. I don’t want to always look for AI instead of knowing how to build a course from scratch.
How do you deal with this, fellow IDs?

LABOR COST

i, does 10k labor cost and materials worth it for this scope of work?

  1. Roof Flashing Replacement 3meters

  2. Roof repaint (no primer finished in less than 2hrs for 40sqm house)

  3. Resealant of screw (bit disappointed on this cause they only reseal yung mga walang sealant shiich is lesd than 10 lang ata)

Its questionable kasi we paid for materials and labor and saw na they only bought 2 galon of boysen roofguard, 2 small rolling pins and a sealant.

the service has its 1 year warranty.

please enlighten me if overpay to or sapat na?

Terminal Leave

Last day ko na sa June 15 I already completed yung turnover Ng tasks ko, and I am subject for liquidated damages cause nag render ako below 30 days. Now, naawa ako Sa sarili ko Kasi I am begging Sa supervisor ko to allow me to use my VL credits for me to fulfill yung 30 days.

Knowing na I am working independently and Wala siyang nagging problem a sakin a simple favor would matter to me especially it's money. Pero grabe lang parang walang mga puso ang tao sa corporate, no consideration.
