TCL Q6C installation

Hi,

I'm from India.

I bought a TCL 65 inch Q6C from amazon a couple of days ago during great summer sale.

I had a call with installation guy today and told him that TCL support told me installation is free and fixed wall mount is also free and I even had call recording as well but the installation guys NO there is no free wall mount and fixed wall mount costs 800 and movable wall mount costs 2800 for 65 inch and a heavy movable wall mount costs 3800.

He is completely denying the free wall mount and asking for 800 for it even though I told him I had confirmation from the TCL customer support.

What should I do?

Is the movable mount costs that high?

Order not getting delivered by Ekart and says seller told them to hold order.

I have ordered atomberg renesa wall fan last month and seller is omnitechretail.

Product came to hub near to my house but they are not Delivering it so I called these idiots and all they give you is wait for 24/48hours.

And finally they won't deliver your product and let you leave with only one option cancel it.

Last week Saturday i again ordered same fan from same omnitechretail delivery was supposed to happen on Monday 13th since then not a single delivery attempt.

I found the address of the Ekart hub and went there and the product is still there in hub.

What shocked me was when I asked them why aren't they delivering the product he said seller omnitechretail told them to put the order on hold and not deliver it.

What kind of bullshit is this?

I have contacted this stupid ash flopkart customer support infront of them and gave them the phone to talk with hub people and they told this idiot flipkart that seller told them to hold the order and then I took the phone and showed my rage on them asked them to connect to their senior executive and I have told them what is this bullshit and they said we can't help we need time to look into it and I came back to my house.

And Today is Saturday it's been 4 days and not a single fkin call from flopkart and I have just called these fkers and one picked up and told the issue and then i have him left and right but that fker kept silent as he was having no answer and again asking me to wait 24/48 hours and I have told them how many hours do you need to contact that stupid ash seller why he told Ekart hub to hold the order and not deliver it?.

He said we can't contact seller, we don't anything to contact seller

I asked what is the solution here then.

He says I will put this in priority ufff.

And then I cut the call.

what should I do here?
