I have reached out to them two times now and made at least two different complaints with the now recent live to their main customer service, their email, and would’ve done so on their main team until I realized they would never get back and would never have an actual reply besides this
Looks like they don’t actually care about removing their partnership with her for no other reason than notoriety and money, and she’s given them a lot of attention someway or another…

Frilled Neck Lizard jumps on man's back

Why do they do this?
When approached, they immediately get defensive, spring their frills, under their necks, and their first instincts is to charge directly at whatever is a threat to them while finding something to climb onto something when cornered. And that would usually a tree to get away from.
A native to Australia, they inhabit most of the treetops and rest on these trees, including for survival and as a defense mechanism, if possible.
