We have our own tubes and want to bring our pup as well. I don’t want to get in without research since there are rapids there. Does anyone have a map, area, route that they self propel?

Hello all, received an offer from all 3! And while I’m thrilled it’s time for me to make a decision. From my interview and shadowing I know that CVSICU has significant exposure to CRRT, open heart, CABG, etc but I will have to split time between the ICU and their CCU step down. MICU/SICU have the same director, I won’t get floated as much but the potential is there to float between both units and then the main floors. With CVSICU I won’t have to float to the main floors just the other unit. I have a coworker/friend who transferred to CVSICU so I’ll also have someone familiar on that unit. How do I decide??

Hello all, 29F, prospective new grad and I have received offers for all of the above. What route have you found most beneficial for the CRNA path? Currently in ER and I love it, but I know for growth and career plans I have to leave. Would love input and personal experience on what you felt helped you out the most and helped set you up for the most success? Thanks!
