I got EEE in Rec, Should I take it? Is REc a good collage? How does it fair against other top collages in Tnea

I got 6.5k mbc rank and for that last year i saw i could get cit cse or ceg biomedical but i only got like Aero eng in REC which closing rank is like 50k+ mbc rank

What happened? any ideas?

So for context I am M 21 and my Gf is F 20, We were dating for 3 years and due to studies, She had to move out and she decided she needed a break to adjust to her current situation so I agreed, After some 6 months we got in contact again and we started a long distance relationship till now, But yesterday night something happened which was troubling me a lot so here I am making this post in the morning
So last night we were just talking like we usually do and she just posted some pics of her on her insta,
I noticed that one of her friends made a note in insta saying "Blue is happiness/life (I don't remember exactly)" For context she was wearing a full blue dress and accessories in that post and he is someone who is friends with my gf for like 3 years and actually once proposed to her during the break but she told me she had rejected him and that's that
I didn't like or wasn't comfortable of her talking to him in the first place but I didn't wanna be controlling and I trusted my Gf so I didn't say anything
But this was crossing a line and it felt pretty disgusting to me making that comment
So I confronted him and he was being very smug/ rude about it so I got pretty upset,
When I told about that to her she seemed pretty chill and told it to let go but I made it clear I wasn't comfortable with him and soon a fight started, I wouldn't be making this post if not for this statement,
"I need both of you guys in my life, I can't let go of either"
Dunno why but it upset me so much I just cut the call and didn't respond to hers after that
She over text told me that I was over exaggerating this and asked to talk but I didn't reply to her since then

So I wanna know, Am I the AH for reacting like this?

EDIT: I forgot to mention She gets upset when I talk to my female friends and made me cut my ties with almost all my female friends so maybe that's why I expected the same
