I know this is in Tempe, but I just seen a car with ANPR camera driving around the parking lot capturing everyone’s information. Is this something that’s been going on around the valley?

No rental car location is perfect and I’ve had my fair share of semi dirty rentals during my life time. The Mesa,AZ location on Main st should be under review. Their cleaning crew is lazy.

Do y’all always help get luggage?

I‘ve seen so many drivers not help with luggage at the airport. Obviously it’s a personal choice, but so many people complain about tips etc.

Personally I help to keep eyes on what’s being placed in my trunk, and make sure everything is out as well.

Why is it that customer support can’t see when we are online? I have a person telling me I wasn’t online for a scheduled pickup, but I dropped someone off 8 minutes before needing to be online. It was a pretty good ride as well.

Never drove for Uber, but wondering do they give the breakdown of deductions after a ride? I know Lyft just give the Est. insurance, taxes, and government fees all together. Does Uber do the same?

Lyft app had pax address incorrect on my end, but correct address on their end in the app. The pax was across the street, but I waited in the wrong driveway in a million dollar plus neighborhood 😬.
