Thinking about reddit marketing services instead of dumping more money into ads

Facebook ads used to work pretty well for my niche but lately the costs are brutal. I’m spending more and getting worse leads. Somebody suggested trying Reddit marketing services because my target audience spends a ton of time in niche subs already.

I’ve honestly never marketed on Reddit before because it feels way easier to get called out here compared to other platforms. I don’t want to come off like a fake account pretending to be a customer. Has anybody here successfully used Reddit for traffic or lead generation without annoying everyone?

Proposal automation from airtable to pdf without zapier limits

My saas is no code built on bubble and airtable. When a deal hits qualified in airtable I need to generate a branded pdf proposal with line items, pricing, and custom scope, then email it and log it in hubspot.

Zapier + docsautomator works but I hit task limits and formatting is painful. I also need if then logic for different packages and an approval step for discounts over 15 percent. What are other no code founders using to generate complex docs without writing a single line of backend code?

Anyone else think most HVAC apps are total overkill for small crews?

I've been looking into different HVAC software options lately, and everything I find feels like it was built for giant companies with a full office staff and tons of techs. For a small service team like mine, most of these platforms just have way more bloat than we'd ever actually use. I’m starting to wonder if it's even worth moving away from simple spreadsheets and basic calendars, or if there’s actually a lightweight option out there that makes day-to-day work easier without being a total headache to set up.

Contractor license verification issues with overseas EOR payroll

Running a US LLC but living abroad. I hire US-based contractors for my business. My EOR says they need to verify active state licenses for my 1099 plumbers + electricians to stay compliant with state labor boards.

I’m in a 12hr time difference and clicking through .gov sites at 2am isn’t working. Missed one renewal and now I’m dealing with a state audit. How do nomads handle this?

AI app development for retail traders

Day trader here building an AI app development side project: app that explains options flow + unusual activity in plain English using GPT. Beta testers love it, but a lawyer friend said if I suggest trades, I need Series 65/finra license. I just want to summarize data, not advise.

For devs who’ve done AI app development in fintech/trading, where’s the legal line? Did you need compliance review, disclaimers, or just avoid certain words? Don’t want the SEC knocking. No P&L promises, purely educational.

Approval workflow automation for product changes

We’re 8 people and product changes need design, eng, and customer support sign-off so we don’t break flows or docs. It happens in Slack and Linear and things ship without help articles updated.

I need a change request to route to design for UX check, eng for scope, and support for docs impact. If anyone rejects, loop back with comments. If all approve, move the Linear ticket to Ready and notify the team. I don’t want to force everyone into a new tool. It should work where they already are.
