have a stage 1 exedy clutch coming, was thinking of running either dc5 honda type r flywheel or the cc 11.5 steel flywheel for some extra weight. is CC a good brand? i’d go with the 11.5 over the 10 but idk if the cc is as good as quality as the dc5

was just wondering what if there’s anything I should also replace in my transmission since i’m already gonna have it dropped to replace the bearing.
I have a 2004 6mt with 130k - have had it for around 3 months and i shrugged off the jerkiness of the shifts and transmission to me being a new manual driver but as time has gone on I am shafting to think something may be up with the trans or clutch -
When in gear if I let off the throttle and get back on it grabs onto the gear very noticeably and causes a slight jerk. On top of that I feel like my throttle and clutch input are very very smooth but it is never the same experience shifting. Sometimes I will get the cleanest shift in the world and other times it’ll be extremely jerky (maybe i’m just inconsistent)
What brought all this to my attention is I drove my boys 5spd jetta and yes I know there completely different cars but the driving experience was extremely smoother than mine.
I do know my throw out bearing makes a squeak every now and then with shifts i’m not sure if that could be effecting the transmission so much.
Just looking for some ideas, is it worth taking somewhere to get it checked out.
Whenever my car is in neutral and clutch is not pressed in, a strange noise happens like a very subtle sound like an almost grinding or whining noise. it is kinda hard to hear in the video.

I never understood depression my whole life - until it happened to me. and once it happened it hit me hard. I’m grateful I was able to get myself out of the dark, dark hole that is self harm. and i’m happy to talk to anyone who feels stuck.

I want to have a lean physique for summer - I have bulked from 158 to 168 and I was thinking if maybe I should hop off the lean bulk into a short 1 month - 1 month and a half mini cut to drop some body fat for summer, so that I can then continue a lean bulk for the summer while having a better body comp

We dated a year ago and ended things due to my immaturity. We reconnected recently and for the first two weeks things were amazing — she was engaged, warm, and initiating. Then overnight she flipped. She started leaving me on read for hours and full days, going silent after serious conversations where she promised to do better, and only reaching out late at night.
I’ve had multiple honest conversations with her about not wanting to be an option or a nonchalant relationship. She acknowledged it each time but nothing changed. She told me she pulls back because she feels pressure and waits until she has energy to reply — but she’s active on social media during the same periods she ignores me.
I’ve tried pulling back, not initiating, keeping things low effort. She reaches out just enough to keep me there but not enough to be consistent.
I still have strong feelings for her and know she’s avoidant. Part of me wants to confront her and ask why she’s been so distant before walking away. Part of me thinks silence is stronger.
Should I have one final honest conversation with her before walking away, or is silence the better move at this point?
