Looking for some DIY advice on fixing up my 2013 Prius.

It's my only car, and paying a body shop just isn't an option right now. I'm not trying to make it perfect, I just want it to look a lot better than it does now.

I have a decent amount of experience with tools, fabrication, repairs, etc., but I've never done autobody work before. So I'm basically looking for the best approach for a beginner who doesn't mind putting in time and effort.

I'm not planning on doing any spot-weld pulling or anything that requires professional body shop equipment. Mostly interested in what you guys would do with basic tools, whether certain dents are worth trying to pull, what should be filled vs. replaced, and any common mistakes to avoid.

Any advice, product recommendations, or YouTube channels worth watching would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ordered ribeye through Instacart from Ralphs because I had a $40 off coupon. The order was supposed to be about 4 lbs total and come out to around $60 after the discount.

The shopper ignored my messages completely and never tried contacting me. Instead of the 4 lbs I ordered, I only received around 1.6–1.7 lbs of steak, but still got charged about $50.

So basically I was expecting to pay around $60 for 4 lbs, but ended up paying almost the same price for less than half the amount. The whole reason I bought it through Instacart/Ralphs was because the coupon made the deal worth it.

I contacted support and they acknowledged the issue. They told me the shopper only entered 2 lbs on their side, apologized, and said a refund was released. I also asked for an email confirmation because I had nothing showing on my end.

The weird part is that I never received any refund confirmation email at all. Support kept telling me not to worry and that the refund was processed, but I still have zero confirmation besides the chat itself.

Has anyone else had Instacart say a refund was issued but never send the confirmation email? Did the refund still show up eventually?
