Hi everyone I had a quick one.
I’ve been on jobseeker for the last two years and have a partner. Recently circumstances have gotten more difficult and I’m considering accessing my super early. It seems that I need to have continuous payments for 26 weeks with no gaps.
I have had no income during this time period for 26 weeks but my partners income reduced my payment to zero a couple of times.
Does partner income reducing to zero impact the ability to access super? If it only your own income reducing your payment to zero that impacts this?
