Y'all may haven't heard about me, but I gave the Captain the idea of using drones against Gaster. Ever since he died and with the upcoming final push, I've been talking with Sgt. Gary "Roach" Sanderson about forming a task-force, mainly composed of 141 remnants and some extra people with military background.

I've got experience with some specialized gear that could be useful: ground robots with explossives, machine-gun mounted quadrupedal drones, Piercing Shot Rifles, explosive-arrow crossbows, burst-fire grenade launchers... You name it.

Current plans are to pick up from where the Captain's stopped. Now, if the he's right about Gaster's body being stronger, I don't think 21st century standard issue ARs's gonna be any useful, we'll need something with better ballistics, but not as heavy as whatever sniper-rifle he was thinking of using, not for the main assault team, atleast. Also, since we're gonna attack as a team now, we'll need some extra jetpacks to get better at avoiding Gaster and that orange dude he's been dating or whatever.

Any extra advice may be elligible to be put in the board, so don't get shy to raise your hand, I'm not gonna bite or anything.

I come back from zombie extemination, and there's this huge ship coming towards Mars? Does it have anything to do it that "Gaster" guy?

Without the Captain's experience, the hell's a Tier-2 grunt like me supposed to do!?

I have this ray gun, but other than that, don't even have the technology or skills to deal with it, that's a whole 'nother level.

Yeah, test week is coming, and I won't be able to keep roleplaying or chatting while having to focus on my studies during this time. So starting tomorrow, and until the 15th, I'll have to stay inactive to focus on school.

It's been alluded in the Discord that the Rookie's muteness could've likely been a symptom of PTSD, but his refusal to elaborate on it and his introverted behaviour makes it difficult to come towards a proper diagnosis, since it may also be a symptom of anxiety.

This is Captain Jonathan "Rookie" Doherty.

Despite my current psychological state, time's running out, and I can't afford to waste any just to give up now.

However, I am still a weak human compared to all the powerhouses within the company, which means that if I want to be minimally capable of facing XGaster, I'll have to rely on tactics and equipment. Because of that, i've made a list consisting of gear I may need to give myself an upper hand:

*A Jetpack: I'm not an expert like the bullfrogs are, but with some training beforehand, I could use it to manuver myself better against Gaster's attacks. If I want to stay alive as long as possible, I must prioritize mobility to dodge anything he could throw at me.

* Weaponized Drones (As in unmanned non-sentient airbone combat drones): Sentry guns have been considered, however, their stationary nature means that Gaster could destroy them with his spikes before they even begin to shoot. I do wish I could use a larger caliber option, but like I've said, I must prioritize mobility, and they still maintain the pros of better suppresive-fire potential, so they may still be worth using against him. I don't know if he has any counter against darkness, but I'm willing to test it for myself, so it'd be prefered if they were able to localize themselves within it. Explosive and electric capabilities would also be welcome additions to ensure a higher damage potential.

* Electric based weaponry: As previously stated, Gaster has shown to be vulnerable against electric attacks. My armor can't light itself like Zodiac's, but just having them as an option, including melee weapons, would be far better than not having them as an option.

* Various types of grenades: They've helped me alot in New Jerusalem, and I hope they will against him. I'd like to especially emphasize flashbangs, due to previously mentioned reasons, but frags, stickies, and almost any other type of grenade except incendiaries would be great.

*Various boxes with guns and ammo: Gaster's body has shown to be resistant, and because of that, I may have to use many, many rounds against him. Mainly taking in consideration powder-based firearms, as those are what I've been trained with, my plan is to use assault rifles more for their volume of fire and as distraction devices, while using more powerful options, such as anti-material rifles, explosive launchers, and directed-laser weapons to actually penetrate his defenses and hurt him. Nevertheless, better options are more than appreciated.

*Medical Equipment: I'm gonna get hurt, and alot, but even having a single drop of biofoam or an adrenaline shot can spare you a few extra minutes of breathing.

Even with my current rank, I honestly don't know if I'm even entitled to make such requests, but making them means there's a better chance of them coming into fruition, and if they come into fruition, that means I'd have slightly better odds of atleast taking more from him. I hope this text reaches the right eyes, and again, better suggestions are more than welcome.
