I want to file a case against a delhi govt hospital for delaying the treatment/surgery which was eventually required and due to this the condition deteriorated. At the end after several months of waiting I had to get the surgery done at a private hospital. I have all the proofs from the first date of admission to the last follow up.
I want to know about the avg legal cost for this.
How long this can take.
What about the compensation for the surgery, medicines, or anything related to the treatment I paid. (Around 3 lakhs)

I want good quality videos. I will be shooting from a normal galaxy f23.
What do you suggest? I can invest in Iphone or camera if needed. As we are just starting so that's not a priority right now.
