MOHs surgery day after

MOHs surgery day after

Surgeon couldn't close and has referred to plastic surgeon from what I've seen and read this might be a candidate to just let it fill itself in, anybody have had anything similar to deal with?

Wondering if there is any kind of decision making checklist to decide whether to live or to die.

Emotions aren't stable enough of a basis to make these decisions. Like how to sum up whether you want to go through cancer surgery and treatment when the expected rest of your life is already one incremental loss after another with no realistic expectation of it to be otherwise?

Optiplex 3080 micro, realtek audio issue on Windows 11

Windows keeps replacing its own version of driver over dells driver for this computer which doesn't then have the loudness equalization option in the sound menu playback options, I've selected don't install drivers in Printers and devices but it still does.

Strange mirage like spot that pulses in the same area but wanders, not a floater,

I think I know what a floater is mostly looks like a portion of a filament this is like if you were looking down a long desert road on a hot day and taking a postage stamp size of that and putting it at about 2:00 It wanders around, I have high blood pressure Amlodipine and Losartan about 4 years now, went to an eye doctor at Kaiser, Found nothing, if related to high blood pressure what could it be, it does seem to pulse.

3x4 inch BCC on top of scalp towards back ideas for keeping it covered at night?

Any ideas of what I'm in for, 3/4 x 1/4 tall before biopsy, Mohs scheduled two months out a a distance away, I'm 74 and contemplating whether to go through with it. Right now it's near impossible to keep something in place over the biopsy site, I have long hair and it's boggling how to handle this.
