Bike has loss of power and only goes 21mph when it was going 30mph its a 49cc 4 stroke

It just randomly started loosing power but gain some of it back right before running out of gas

Ive been on hrt for 1year and 4 months now After everyone's comments yes im going to get a different swim suit that covers more. EDIT i get it its a childish cut i didn't know at the time I will not wear it please just stop calling me creepy and stuff it really hurts.
