Surefire RC4 Vs Ridgeback Rhodie 6
Really itching to make a commitment to a first can, building an 11.5 FRT Host with an A5 buffer System and a 14.5 Urgi w/ Daniel Defense Barrel
The ridgeback has been pulling me towards it with its price, but I’m wanting a bit more insight from people if I should go clone correct with the Surefire even though it’s almost 400 dollars more.
Anybody have experience with both? What would you roll with if you had to start over?

14.5 vs 10.3 Urgi or Super Duty
Hey crew,
Looking into my next prospective build I’ve started collecting parts for, I’m torn. This is for a DDC Geissele Lower.
I currently have a 13.9 P/W Super Duty with a Vortex Viper 1-6 (Gen 2 not that it matters), and an 11.5 Build with an FRT/Centurion FBI Barrel.
I’ve had a murderous hankering for an Urgi, but I wouldn’t hate an all DDC build as well. What configuration would you go for if you had an 11.5 and a 13.9 already, and why?

Help with a Build Plan
Hey ya’ll
Wondering if I could get a bit of insight on a prospective 300 blackout build I want to do with my Aero Lower
I’m hoping to configure this build with a Law Tactical Folder and JP Silent Captured Spring buffer system, and I would like to run primarily suppressed subs (Sahara 300 Suppressor) with some supersonic mixed in, would like to avoid going the adjustable gas block route.
Does anyone have a similar setup? Am I missing anything to build this lower properly? When do you need to incorporate the JP low mass BCG?

Do I even open her up?
Managed to grab one of this from my LGS. Currently there are Ruger lowers being roll marked as produced in Kentucky which is basically the re-release of these. Anecdotally, I’ve seen people here and there claim that these might be collectors items? (Who knows)
Should I keep her in the packaging or crack it open and go for a full budget build with a BCM blem upper?
Edit: the community did NOT disappoint in the feedback, the pony will be built 🫡. I have a full Geissele 13.9 build and another 11.5 with Vltor/Griffin receivers in progress.
