PIP reason and rules

Hi everyone

I have been working in Deloitte Since 2024 and never heard of PIP to be honest before that. Now i got above expectations ratings which is okay and nothing to worry but sometime i feel like what could be creteria that they can put someone in PIP since in a support project since 2025.

Do you guys have any idea what happens if someone got into PIP and how to get out of it?

M30 married

Hi there, This is my second reddit post so not sure how it would go

I'm working as SAP consultant functional and my in hand salary is around 1,74,000 after deductions. I*m currently in hybrid mode (one day wfo and rest of the days wfh). Im not investing that much in stocks since 2025 bcz stock market was down my money got vanished quickly

here is my breakup of investment and saving

  1. 13000 SIP (step up by 1k every year) total corpus around 4 lakh

2 stocks (5 lakhs invested from 2021 to 2026) current value around 4 lakhs

3 FD- 6 lakhs

4- 30 k for home expenses like grocery, house help, cylinder, etc,

5-10 k for emi for iphone 17

6- i think i left with around 80 to 90 k which i usually do the FD or emergency fund

Please suggest should i increase SIP or stocks or buy some plot? We are planning to buy a new house in tier 3 city? should i take loan?
