B2B SaaS LinkedIn organic traffic converts great in engagement but terribly into demo bookings, what worked for you?
We run LinkedIn organic for a B2B SaaS company. Engagement rate is strong, consistently 11-15%, and we get 400-550 website sessions a month from LinkedIn. But almost none of it converts into demo bookings or trial sign-ups. Some months we get 0-2 demo bookings out of 500+ sessions.
Supr Protein for Women, has anyone else had a terrible customer support experience?
My wife ordered Supr Protein for Women over a month ago, and she still hasn't received it.
The delay is frustrating, but what's been even worse is the complete lack of customer support.
Their website chat is nothing but AI chatbots. There's no way to speak to an actual person, no customer support number, and no meaningful updates on the tracking page. Every attempt to get help has gone nowhere.
The order has apparently been sitting at the delivery hub for days. I even went there myself hoping to collect it on her behalf, but that didn't help either. The only explanation we've been given is "weather conditions."
I'd completely understand if deliveries were genuinely affected, but Amazon and multiple other brands have been delivering to our address without any issues during the same period. That's what makes this explanation hard to accept.
At this point, it's been over a month since the order was placed, and all we've received are automated replies, vague updates, and zero accountability. We haven't even been able to try the product because it hasn't reached us.
Has anyone else here dealt with Supr's customer support? Were you able to get through to a real person or get your order delivered? I'd genuinely like to know whether this is a one-off issue or how they usually operate.
P.S. I used AI to help organize this post, but every detail above reflects our actual experience.
