My phone's charging port and charging pin is getting very hot.

While charging, the USB-C charging port and especially the metal end/pin of the charging cable become extremely hot. It gets so hot that it is almost unbearable to touch. Sometimes the phone even gives me a high-temperature warning and automatically stops charging.i have changed the cable and charger but nothing helps what should i do, i don't even know what causing the problem. My charging port is clean, and charger and cable is also original samsung.

Phone is samsung s25 ultra.

Father bought tractor for unemployed uncle, now uncle refuses to repay anything — legal options?

My father helped my uncle financially a few years ago. My uncle was unemployed and had 3 children, so my father bought a tractor(along with cultivation, rotavator, and tailer )for him so he could earn a living. The understanding was that my uncle would slowly repay the amount from the income he earned using the tractor.

However, after some time, my uncle completely refused to pay any money back and now acts like the tractor is entirely his. The tractor is registered in my uncle’s name, but my father paid for it.

We live in Delhi while my uncle lives in Bihar. We may have some payment proof and family witnesses, but there was no formal written agreement.

My questions are:

  1. Does my father have any legal case here?
  2. Can this be treated as cheating/breach of trust or only a civil money dispute?
  3. Can we file a police complaint from Delhi or does everything have to be done in Bihar?
  4. What kind of evidence would actually help in such a case?

Any legal advice would be appreciated.
