81 in total. Ive got a couple bags of the cards and the bullets etc. I'm terrified to try transforming them after they've set dormant since 2001 and cause i forget how to. Do I have anything particularly cool? I'll post the cards once I get these packed up and those laid out.

Ive done bits and pieces before but this is my first major overhaul. I'm very pleased with the results. I used mostly what I already had around. Its brush painted with dollar store acrylics, topocoated with hardware store topcoat, panel lined, dry brushed for more weathering, decaled as best I could (the dry transfers in my kit were not co-operating at all, I taped em to the piece for a few hours and gave em a good rub but it just wouldnt take. I was lucky with the shield one and could use the bits that didnt transfer as weathering) and then a final topcoat.

I first timed topcoating and doing large scale painting for this one and it bubbled into a bigger project than I expected but I learned a LOT on this build. I'm very happy with the results, they came out almost exactly how I was planning and what didnt work out were essy punches to roll with and turn into weathering. Next time I go this ambitious it'll be a lot more efficient, but i'm pretty pleased with the results.

So one of my co-workers is disgustingly heartless. My work is bwtween my house and the nearest grocery store so I was walking by around 1pm and there was a dude at one of the patio tables who looked to be nodding out, didnt think much about it until I got to work at 3 and the guy was still there in the exact same position. It's 35 degrees out today, I asked the server who had been working the day and she said he hadnt moved. So I said to call a fucking ambulance, got the guy inside and sat him somewhere cooler, ambulance took another 2 hours to arrive. So this guy was passed out in the heat at a restaurant table where she is a server, this table is directly across the sidewalk from the front door, she would have a clear view all day of this dude rotting in the sun and juat ignored it. Like, first off, it's a table at a restaurant so when he sat down he should have gotten water and a menu in the first place, and then there's the basic humanity element where you dont let someone maybe die 30 feet from where you're standing. She's dead to me now.

Had this underrated Canadian pop punk band in my head all day after. They rock, most of their one album and one ep are about hating your job.

And I work in a fucking kitchen. The hospitality industry. He should have gotten water and a fucking menu and been treated like a customer. My fucking chef even said before leaving she would have been a guard at a concentration camp in another life. The second I came in and said he'd been there for 2 hours he hopped into action, probably partislly cause a dude at our patio table right by the front door slowly dying doesnt look good for business but also just basic fuckong decency. I cant even wrap my head around such cruel indifference to someone clesrlt suffering 60 feet away when you have all the resources and would be professionally correct in helping them. That is monster behavior. She doesn't get free meals anymore.

I think its gonna go well. First time doing a full paint job,working with what I've got to see what to improve either on .material or technique. I need better brushes and paints, for a smoother job that is for sure. But itll look a bit worn when it all comes together and I think itll be cool as hell

Just finished the MG Qubeley a few days ago and during cleanup I remembered I had a spare HG Hyaku-Shiki(it was my first kit and after I knew what I was doing I got another and redid it) and got the idea. The Qubeley being so weird shape kinda disguises the scale difference.
