Department of War said release #3 is coming soon. It’s only going to keep getting better. Are we actually disappointed by the government putting out videos of real UAP?

I see a lot of debunks of the UFO files that seem pretty obvious. However, a common counterargument is "oh yeah, intelligence agencies missed a (balloon/parachute/flare) and some random debunked it."
One major thing that seems to have been missed that the Department of War has said explicity that not all material has been analyzed.
