British born. Want to marry a Pakistani girl who doesnt mind living in Pakistan after kids have grown. Interested?

Making the post out of curiosity

30 yo male. Never been married before

I plan to marry a nice kind hearted 25-30 y/o girl from Pakistan (Jhelum preferably) who doesnt mind living in Pakistan after kids have grown up in UK

I work construction. Construction is pretty good money so would want my wife to stay at home as housewife

Just checking if there are any pakistani females eho would be interested in this format?

Born and raised in England. Parents both born in Pakistan. Can I retire early and live in Pakistan indefinitely (i am not married yet)?

British born to parents who were both born in Pakistan

I love living in England but I dont take advantage of it, I dont enjoy going out, I literally only leave the house for work or an errand. I dont go out with friends as I enjoy chilling with the family only at home

I feel like my life style would have been very suited to Pakistan living

I am in my early 30's and wish to continue saving up money and soon buy a house in Pakistan and live there indefinitely

The house will be purchased straight cash so no rent/mortgage bills

I will have savings which my family members could send to me every 6 months or so (yes family members i can trust)

This seems feasible in my mind

My questions:

  1. Can a British born (i speak fluent urdu/punjabi) to parents who were born in Pakistan stay indefinitely in Pakistan even if no plan to work?

  2. How much would I need to survive every month roughly if its me, a wife and say 2 children in the house (im not actually married and dont have kids either, but just want to know rough figures)?

  3. Are natural disasters common in Pakistan? The thought of buying a house their and an earthquake or something destroying it is scary

What is a 'broken in' trowel supposed to look like?

Looks aside... do either of these trowels look 'broken in'

I hear different things from different plasterers... some say that a trowels corners should be razor sharp and others say they should be rounded (the dirtier one has sharp corners and the cleaner one has rounded corners)

Cam u tell by look at these two trowels, which one is 'broken in' more and would perform better ?

Thanks

How do you know its safe to drill/screw into a wall?

I want to know how people know its safe to drill into walls and sure that they wont hit pipes or wires etc

The picture of the wall is just a reference so im not asking about this wall specifically but u can use this wall if it helps answer the question

I know you can get stud finder and pipe finders etc but even with them, how do you know u wont hit anything?

Can there wires/pipes or anything infront of the studs or just behind the plasterboard/brick (or whatever kind of wall it is)?

Also ive seen many people just drill into walls and ceiling without doing any prechecks and it turns out fine

Im always hesistant to screw anything anywere or drill a hole anywhere

I have researched the answer to this question myself too but alot it is confusing

Question for professional plasterers... SBR on painted wall (overnight or tacky) and then skim?

Hey. I need a professional opinion (please also give your reasoning too if possible)

Want to put fresh skim on this wall. I scraped all loose paint and I know that im going to use SBR but some plasterers mentioned to leave the SVR overnight and other plasterers said to put it on and plaster when tacky. Which is right and why?

Im leaning towards let it get tacky because the plaster would have something to adhere to

If i let the SBR dry overnight then it wil be low suction plus it wont be sticky, so how would the plaster stick to it?

I have already purchased the SBR btw so it has to be SBR

Please let me know what you guys think?

Rate my skimming please.... Labourer in London

I worked as a plasterers mate for about 2 years

It was hands on so did alot of plastering myself and just want to see what the pros here think. Mostly did walls and couple ceilings here and there

Sidenote: if anyone knows a plasterer who works in London who is looking for a labourer/plasterers mate then please let me know as the one I worked with has since retired
