There are five trains within a 5-minute walk at Metropolitan-Lorimer L/G and Marcy Ave J/M/Z so you're not completely reliant on the L.

Dogs allowed. There is one friendly orange cat in the apartment.

Verizon FiOS set up in the apartment. Tenant pays electric (AC/heat) and building covers everything else.
