Phev owner is wondering about high water crossings

There's flooding in my area, and we need to cross a road with standing (not moving) water.

Obviously hydrolocking the engine would be disasterous, so going slowly would be important.

And then it hit we that we could just electric though it, again slowly... with me walking ahead with a yardstick to check depth levels.

Has anyone heard of someone doing something like this? The water level is just under the height of the bumper. We know that road well, there are no dips under that water.

Naval stars: this week, three of the double stars are subs, ffs

I don't do much for my clan. Can't run any of the things that most of them love to do. Just... not good enough and never will be.

However, I will diligently work on getting stars for them. Anyone can do that. You don't have to be any good at all. Each star gets the clan a barrel of oil, and in this economy...

Each week, it's a new board of stars. The coveted double stars are usually sprinkled fairly evenly across the classes. In almost 5 years, I've never seen 3 double stars in the sub class.

Ok, not going to rant any more. I'll just work on the non-doubled stars. Ty for letting me complain.

24 Corsair GT phev with 301 pkg has poor sound quality. Am I doing something wrong?

It's the 14 speaker/Revel sub. I notice that 90 percent of the sound comes from the front speaker behind the screen, and not enough from the front door speakers.

Back door speakers are fine. Sub is fine.

I can put my hand on driver's door speaker, and feel faint vibrations at times, and none at other times.

Is there an 'atmosphere' setting, or some way that I can test the speakers individually, maybe? Ty
