Karaoke places in Metro Manila with musical theatre/Disney songs?

Hi! Does anyone know a good karaoke place in Metro Manila that has a great selection of songs from musicals/Disney?

Most karaoke places we’ve tried have very few musical/Disney songs, and when they do have some, they’re usually the ugly karaoke versions and wrong lyrics 😭

My friends and I usually just use YouTube at home (Curtain Up and Clark on Stage HAHA), but we’re starting to annoy our neighbors so we also want to go out, get a private room, and have food and drinks served while we sing scream.

Preferably QC (maybe Timog/Tomas Morato) but also open to anywhere around Makati, BGC, Ortigas as long as the song selection is good! 🎭🎤

How many training sessions to take before beginner can join queuing?

Hi! I know everyone learns differently, and it depends on both the coach and the person’s ability, but on average, how many 2-hour formal training sessions does a typical total beginner adult need before they’re decent enough to join queueing (both singles and doubles)? Planning to get 1-on-1 lessons first, but also looking at group trainings.

QMC court policy

I was hoping I can book an hour and just bring my tennis coach sa QMC court to train pero not allowed pala. Ang hirap makakuha ng slots sa nearby courts—puro fully booked.

Aside from OneCourt, are there courts in this area that allow court reservation tapos bring an outsider coach?

Muay Thai at VS Fight Club, Philippines 🇵🇭

Hello! I’m thinking of getting into Muay Thai. I saw a promo from VS Fight Club (located at Victoria Sports Tower in Quezon City, Philippines 🇵🇭), but I can’t find any reviews about them.

Anyone here from the PH who trained with them (boxing or Muay Thai)? How’s your experience? Are the coaches good? How are the facilities and their equipment?

Thank you!

Philippines: Which fencing club to join?

Hello! I’m an adult in Quezon City, Philippines thinking of getting into fencing for fun.

Which club to choose: Oblation Fencing Club or Estudio de Espada?

Estudio de Espada is fairly new. Looking at Oblation’s socials, I only see youth (little kids to teens) training to compete. They have veterans but they look experienced and compete in big events. So I’m hesitant if an adult beginner who just wants to train for recreation would be able to fit in. 😅

Thank you for your insights!

How to price used rackets? 🎾

How to price used rackets?

When selling your used rackets, how do you figure out what’s a reasonable price? Like how many percent off the price you bought it for/current market price? What if it’s barely used, only used a few times, or still looks almost new? Do you take into consideration the string and accessories, or no na?

How do you guys usually price them? 🏷️
