Simple yet delicious Vanilla base recipe (very easy to make chocolate or other flavours with too)

I've seen a few recipes that require multiple items, I find this to be delicious and very easy to make with good macros!

I've posted photos, even scaling the recipe to a standard Ninja Creami:

Ninja Creami Deluxe simple Vanilla recipe:

  • 550mls full cream (whole) milk

  • 60g Levels Vanilla Bean Protein powder

  • 25g caster sugar

If it's too sweet, drop the sugar by 5g.

Scaling for a normal Creami pint using this exact ratio is:

  • 400mls full cream (whole) milk

  • 45g Levels Vanilla Bean Protein powder

  • 15g caster sugar

Process for consistency as pictured:

  1. Blend ingredients together - I use a Nutra Bullet but I'm sure hand blenders are fine, this helps mix the protein powder well.

  2. Use light ice cream setting

  3. Mix-in setting

  4. Add any toppings to your desire or enjoy as is!

Optional:

1/8 tsp xanthan gum - I've added this but have made it without it and it's fine.

Also, if wanting to make this into a chocolate base instead, add 40-50g of your favourite chocolate syrup alongside 10g cocoa powder (syrup I'm using is Australian Cottee's chocolate which is around 50% sugar so 50g = 25g sugar).

Anyone done any highway driving in a Zeekr 7x LR?

Seems hard to find real world examples of range tests on Aussie roads. I have a trip I do once every 2-3 months that's around 360km, mostly highway driving. Curious if it's be doable without stopping to charge based on people's experiences (well aware that time of year and elevation + weight in the vehicle would impact the range give or take 10-20%)

Thanks in advance!

What's the drive away price people are getting on the 7x RWD LR?

As title suggests, likely leading one but will be next year so hoping it'd fit under the 75k fee. Do onroad costs go towards that 75k mark?

Question about the new FBT rulings - can you sign a 5 year, <75k EV lease now, and re-contract it before April 2029 for another 5 years?

As above, and wondering if anyone who knows more than me would understand if this is:

A: possible

And

B: Financially a good option verses just doing a standard 5 year and letting it run its course?

Thanks!

When do we expect Blade 2.0 tech in the BYD Sealion range to hit Aus?

Looking at an EV in the next 18 months. Have a few needs and think the BYD meets those outside of its current range:

* After a car that could fit a young family + fit two doggos (I know boot space will be tight in doing this)

* Realtively frequent weekend travel of 360-400kms to see family

That's pretty much my requirements and have read a little about the Blade 2.0 tech allowing for faster charging alongside longer range (the range is what's most appealing).

Any guesses on if we will see that tech here in 2027 or are we thinking 2028?
