My wife has been wearing the Cloudrunner 2 for a while and really likes them, so I ordered her the Cloudrunner 3 online in the same size, US 6.

After waiting almost two weeks for them to arrive, we found out that the sizing is completely different. The Cloudrunner 3 in size 6 is much smaller than the Cloudrunner 2 in size 6 and doesn’t fit at all.

I really didn’t expect this from the same brand and the same shoe line, especially just one generation apart. Now after waiting two weeks, I have to return them and order another size.

Pretty bad online shopping experience. If you’re switching from the Cloudrunner 2 to the Cloudrunner 3, don’t assume the same size will fit.

I found the Saucony Omni 23 ST on Saucony’s official website, but I’ve never seen this version in any retail stores here in Canada.
At first, I really didn’t like them. They felt very different from what I was used to, but after a few runs they started to grow on me.
I’ve only been using them for easy runs and recovery runs. For a stability shoe, they’re surprisingly bouncy, and the high stack makes them very comfortable. I’ve done multiple 10–20 km runs in them, and the cushioning has been excellent.
The only thing I’ve noticed is that my glutes tend to feel more fatigued after running in them, even though the shoes themselves feel great during the run.
Has anyone else experienced this with the Omni 23 ST? Is it just because of the geometry or the stability design, or is it something I just need to adapt to?
