Shout out the mods in this sub

After being immediately muted by a mod in a different subreddit after a literal brief interaction, I've come to appreciate more how chill the ones in here are. That and they're also open to opinions the community may have and even engage in discussion. ❤️‍🩹

A clip I had from a match back in Season 3

It's always fun to revisit these old clips and see how different things were

Strike Aizawa is pretty damn fun

A little montage from some of my matches earlier today with him! Kinda hope they keep it up with the fun factor of these newer skillsets cause I'm honestly liking this direction they're going.

This is getting ridiculous

Not even because it's a OFA Deku: it's the fact that they go out of their way to cheat and use a mod to bring back his infinite melee loop.

(Edit) DEBUNKED: As others have confirmed, he is not cheating as I have found out the melee loop still exists, it's just "harder to do". But now I just don't understand why they didn't get rid of it in its entirety since it's still not necessarily fun to be on the receiving end of it.

This mf is TOO fun for me to care about him being weak

Like I agree he could use some buffs and tweaks, but he feels FAR from how the community describes him as.

In regards to year 2.5, balance wise: What do you think of the recent releases?

We all thought Asshaul was only gonna be a one time type of "balanced" drop from Byking, with season 16 being Star a lot of us thought she was just gonna be another broken anniversary character.

But then... she wasn't OP. She's strong and commonly agreed that she isn't bad and excels well at her niche. But apart from that she was pretty alright for what we were anticipating damage wise.

Then Strike AFO dropped and he wasn't insanely busted either.

Then dropped Tech Bakugo, not insanely op either. He's still strong, but most people prefer his strike counterpart because his gamma is effectively a win button now.

**--------------------**

Season 16 ends, then Mirko dropped. She had a lot of combo potential. Definitely more skill expression is involved, but putting your entire kit to *almost* guard break someone isn't very rewarding to some (understandably so).

Then Tech Mic drops. From day 1 people pointed out how his alpha is weak and that his beta and gamma are solid parts of his kit but could use some tweaks as well.

**-------------------**

By how frequently we've been getting these "balanced" releases (for UR standards), I'm beginning to wonder if we're seeing gradual changes to how the game's balance is gonna be like going forward (with ofc some misses every now and then knowing Byking).

But that's just my thoughts, what do you guys think of the balance so far with these new releases?

When you have a whole zone to yourself

Usually happens 7/10 times, but man it feels good to just surprise the team with a bunch of level up cards

If they ever make a new JoJo game I really hope they use these 3d models for future projects

Like they're genuinely crisp and well made and they adapted each part well in regards to it, and this was for a mobile game no less. It's a HUGE step up from ASBR and EoH's models where I honestly wouldn't mind seeing these being used or just have these as the basis moving forward.

How it feels when you FINALLY manage to down a Tech Mirio

Lowkey it really does feel like it takes forever going up against a good one. God forbid the final circle has obstacles or some form of platforms for him to slink by.

Mirko players when they try to use their special action against a Yellow Kiri

I feel like a majority of players are gonna be a little *too* thirsty with this particular special action for their own good resulting in some snowballing.

If I had a nickel for every time these two were paired together for a banner I'd have two nickels...

Decided to throw my hat in the ring! Seemed fun to take part of

Been taking a hiatus from the game the past couple weeks to feel rejuvenated for the next season while playing a bit here and there! Till then I've been seeing the sub being flooded with this trend and decided it wouldn't hurt to take part.

Crazy how they used these things once and then never again

It's such a shame because in season 7 it genuinely added that celebratory and cheery feeling to it. Like it's a small cosmetic change, but that's what made it so nice.

Aw shit, here we go again.

(Jokes aside, this upcoming season is looking pretty stacked with story content and I'm here for it. Especially with that one stand looking agent.)
