Backstory: I have POTS and other related diagnoses
I started Slynd yesterday and have only taken one pill, but I feel ~off~ like dizzy, just kind of under the weather. Has anyone had this kind of experience with Slynd, even from just taking one pill?

The standard for the builder is 5 lb, which we obviously don’t want to do, so we are trying to choose between 6 lb and 8 lb! I don’t know the thickness of each, just the weights. Backstory: I have a lot of health issue and arthritis, so I would prefer something softer. I know 8 lb is more durable, but if we put 6lb in just our upstairs and steps, which wouldn’t see a lot of traffic, do you think it’d be okay? How long do you think it’d last?

My husband and I are wanting to purchase a home using either an FHA loan or USDA loan, depending on how much money his family gifts us. My question is: My husband’s family gives us about $3000 per month to supplement our income because I can’t work due to chronic health issues. Would this be a red flag to a loan officer or should we be okay?
My husband and I think we can get approved for a house around $340,000 withe USDA loan. We may have family help with money toward the house. We want to separate them - Use our family's money out-of-pocket to pay for upgrades and use our USDA loan separately toward the base price of the house. Does the USDA loan let you do that? Do tract builders (specifically Fischer) let you do that?

Hi. I want to preface that I rent an apartment. I get worried about bugs so I spray Ortho inside and outside. The apartment complex is also sending someone from Orkin to spray. There is about a 3-4 day gap in between me spraying and Orkin coming!
Could me spraying Ortho make the Orkin stuff less effective? Could me spraying Ortho a week after Orkin comes make the Orkin stuff not work? I’m only asking because the apartment complex told me that it could “cancel each other out” - I’m not sure if that’s true??
