Finally got a response, they told me to just resubmit the required documents as one entire completed filing, but how do I mention to them that I should wait until 60 days after I sent my written notice to Discord? (For the record, my latest written notice was made on the 14th of this month, so it should be October the 13th of this year that I should be ready to officially arbitrate)
So I may have fucked up with trying to get my arbitration case sent to NAM because I, in their words, have not provided any "proof of service" to them, at first I couldn't comprehend what that meant, despite me telling them sending them the screenshot of my arbitration written notice to discord and everything, but as it turns out that I LITERALLY have to physically mail FUCKING EVERYTHING to Discord's headquarters via my local postal services, which is a big issue because I do not have a functional printer at my residence, and I probably may need to consult my mother with helping getting everything needed, including a package/envelope for placing all of my printed evidence to discord and transporting me to my local USPS building.
With that out of the way, I was wondering if I can send a new case considering I shot myself in the foot with the previous case, and yes, I am aware that I'm doing this when it hasn't been 30 to 60 days yet but I simply have gotten sick and tired of discord constantly harassing me with false violations and refusal to solve any of my appeals, in other words, enough is enough
So I went and sent another ticket, waited a few hours to find out that Mr. EnergySaver was assigned to my ticket so I told them what was happening, and bam, I got instantly forwarded?
Didn't even send the classic "your account has been disabled" message pic or anything, just two pics of my acc being suspended and what violation caused it. For once did I get lucky?
Unfortunately this means I'll probably have to wait until someone gets assigned to my forwarded ticket, I guess.
Explained my problem regarding my account to "Corey", then he tells me to wait to see if my appeal will be accepted (spoiler warning, it got autorejected within a week), after I told him regarding my appeal, he pulls a fucking generic automated "you can't appeal again" message

I have been trying for a week or two now just to get my account unsuspended from a false malicious conduct policy violation that I believe that I didn't violate, let alone use my server to promote anything that would be deemed as malicious, however, all I have gotten were automated responses such as "appeal within the app" and "you can't appeal again once it's been rejected" despite me saying numerous times that I needed a human agent to review my case (and yes, my appeal was obviously rejected because no one wanted to even look into it, also I was definitely following the pinned guide here, before you ask). I was also being completely ghosted by Discord Support once my tickets somehow successfully get forwarded, let alone on their official Twitter account as well.
I literally tried doing arbitration against Discord via NAM, but they keep telling me to "provide a contract" and "proof of service", and with the filing fee being $225, I'm pretty sure that is going nowhere, it also doesn't help that Discord completely ignores all of my written notices for arbitration as well. Now yes, I am aware that I'm completely doing this before the 60 day period ran out, but I've gotten sick and tired of Discord completely ghosting me everytime I tried to reach out to them about this matter.
Recently I've tried to request a data package for my account to see what could have caused my malicious conduct policy violation ban considering they didn't tell me what specific message violated it, let alone what particular thing in my server could have falsely triggered their AI assisted moderation, but take a wild guess what they did, that's right, THEY GHOSTED ME AGAIN.
Do I just give in and accept the fact that I'm never getting my account back? Do I literally have to start fresh despite the fact that my other accounts that I had because the account I had before it got the malicious conduct policy ban literally all got banned for spam all because I wanted to add people I had on the former account? Or even worse, get banned for ban evading (which surprisingly, I never got)? Or is it time I officially give Discord the middle finger and move to an alternative, such as Fluxer, Root, Matrix, or what have you?
Keep in mind that I only got the account back on the July 30th of this year, only for it to get falsely suspended because their AI assisted moderation cannot seem to stop harassing me with false violations that I refuse to believe I had any recollection of violating.

Just found out that my account that I got back (the hacked one) got flat out banned because my server apparently violated "malicious conduct" despite the fact that I NEVER EVEN USED MY SERVER TO PROMOTE ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES???

I can literally never get a hold of a human agent to look into my cases, all I get are automated responses, flat out ghosting, etcetera. I literally followed the pinned guide multiple times and what do I get? Automated responses that don't help my case whatsoever. Most of the times they even put my ticket as solved when I specifically mentioned that I requested to keep it open. I've also threatened arbitration on various occasions as well, but they never respond to any of them, I'm not sure if I did anything wrong in the arbitration threatening letters, or if I have to wait a solid 60 days, let alone ACTUALLY filing for arbitration, which is $215 USD if I am not mistaken.
I literally do not want to make another account as I'll probably believe that I will fall under their spam filter, which is what my other accounts got limited and banned for all because I sent and/or accepted friend requests, which is absolutely stupid if you ask me considering that my previous account got hacked and Discord Support completely refused to do anything about it, they kept closing my tickets automatically, and they kept mentioning that they needed an email saying that my email address associated with my discord account was changed, despite me not having it at the time my account was hacked.
Simply put, I believe that Discord can simply ban you for doing something that shouldn't normally result in getting a free violation, let alone multiple violations, and that their AI riddled support team will do nothing about it with their useless macros.

Is it genuinely normal that a discord support agent who would assume that they would be an "actual human agent" respond to your ticket that ends in "Sincerely, (THEIR NAME)" but then they pull a 180 and send one of their automated responses that ends in "Sincerely, Discord"?
Is it because I put in a keyword that would trigger an automated response?
My current account got banned for spam yet again, discord is simply beyond cooked at this rate.

Did you accept a friend request from someone? You also get a spam violation
Trying to DM someone? You know the drill
Want to appeal these violations that you think you didn't deserve? Too bad, feel the wrath of our 70 automated bot agents who will definitely not help you at all and will just tell you "appeal in the app", "you can't send another appeal once it's rejected", "can you tell us what happens when you log in?"
It is pretty clear that discord is beyond fucked and that I'm ready to just boycott their platform entirely, you can't do a simple task on there without getting slammed with spam violations up your ass, and having a support page where it is completely useless as ever is just adding salt to the goddamn wound.
No matter how many tickets I send, they simply don't want to respond, or just give me useless automated responses that completely refuse to help my situation at all. Arbitration threatening does absolutely nothing as I have not gotten any responses from those emails either, and getting a response from the BBB is also useless since they also don't respond to that as well.
And yes, as expected, their twitter account just ignores every tweet that mentions them as well.
Lets just face it, Discord is just useless at this rate, and it's sad that I've been a proud user for almost a decade, and this is how they repay me, acting like I'm using their platform in "notorious" ways despite me using it like anyone else would.
