A little update on one of my tickets, I managed to get this individual named Harry to respond to one of my tickets, I'm wondering if this is another bot or a human agent

My account has recently gotten yet another spam violation after I sent a friend request to a mutual who I knew outside of Discord, I've also gotten previous violations for the same thing, all for friend request issues, and discord support is clearly doing fuck all about it, I tried following the guide in the r/BannedFromDiscord subreddit, only for me to get one of their bots named Nelly and no one else, not even getting my ticket forwarded to the Trust and Safety team, and when I sent tickets to the account appeal category, Clyde would just come in and say that there wasn't a banned account associated with the email address I used when making my discord account despite me telling them that I was limited at the time. Recently I've made some tickets about it, one in the appeals category and one in the general support category, and so far more than 12 hours have passed and I've gotten absolutely nothing from them whatsoever, should I just give up with Discord entirely? Do I even still have some hope? Did I finally manage to break the habit of getting Nelly and/or Clyde involved? Because from what I know, spam violations are easy to appeal, but from my perspective that this is just simply bullshit and that it is hard as hell to appeal just like with the other violations.

So I sent some appeals to their support page, expecting me to get another Nelly response as I usually did with the past appeals, but this time they've left me on hold, did I finally do it right or is it just a sign that someone else can potentially respond to my ticket, the one on top is an appeal ticket but I'll expect Clyde to say that "there is no banned/suspended account associated with the email in question" when it is clear that I am using the right email linked to my account and everything.

This app is such a goddamn joke, 5th fucking violation and now I'm suspended all because I did something as sinister as sending actual friend requests to people. I've also sent appeals to Discord Support, only for no one to respond, but I bet they'll do any good considering Clyde would do jack shit about my previous violations when I got temporarily limited (they assumed my acc was banned at the time when it wasn't the case) and absolutely no one would respond to my general question tickets either (I only get Nelly involved)

I got limited yet again from Discord, this time for a week, for the same spam violations that I keep getting and Discord is doing flat out nothing about it, either sending me the same automated responses or just Clyde flat out assuming I'm banned when I clearly said in my ticket that I was limited, I even tried following the pinned message and that got me nowhere, I think it's clear that Discord is doing fuck all from letting me speak to a real person and as soon as I get unlimited I'm immediately turning off friend requests and DM requests because this is just fucked beyond belief

Literally every time I accept a friend request I flat out get limited for suspected spam, this has also happened to me before for doing something as sinister as sending a literal friend request, that's honestly just cruel and I feel like Discord's AI powered moderation just doesn't want me to have friends on Discord in general.

Discord keeps limiting my account for spam violations all because I accepted friend requests, am I just not allowed to have friends on Discord or what

I am having trouble trying to install the WiFi drivers for this laptop, I also tried other PROset installers but they don't install the WiFi drivers, and if I do it it errors out with Code 31. WiFi card is a Centrino N-1000, does anyone know how to fix this?
