Like.. are you suppose to pick a new class everytime? Is there ever a reason to not upgrade? could someone explain this to me.

The radeon software says 100% gpu 1 usage on the game.. any idea of whats going on? Started the past few days
I thought it was some driver update on my mouse or keyboard but disabled all of that and its still happening.
