Modded 6.5/7 Gen Classic Skipping Songs… Can’t diagnose the issue…

I upgraded the battery in my classic and replaced the hard drive with the imCort microSD flash mod. I first tried a 512GB SanDisk and songs would randomly skip. I replaced that SanDisk with a Lexar of the same size knowing the comparability issues with SanDisk and the issue seems to have gotten slightly better (plays half of an album in order before skipping to the last song). All my songs are ripped as 44.1kHz 16 bit AIFF files. I have tried restoring and rebooting. Album artwork is the standard files synced from Apple. What else can I try?

Anyone know about those ~$30 5 gallon pails of laundry detergent?

There are a few people in my area (so far, all of Latino origin for whatever reason) who sell these pails of laundry detergent, fabric softener and also scent booster dots. They are very clearly advertised as comparables to Tide, Gain and Downy with no counterfeit labeling whatsoever. (Yes I have seen the journalist investigations of the counterfeit stuff) has anyone tried these? I’m a cheap sob and was curious about the savings in bulk. The liquid doesn’t seem to be any runnier than the real deal or even house brands from box stores, I just want it to clean my sh!t. Is it a MLM thing? If so I promise to never touch it again.

Whirlpool Electric Range Display - One LCD light slowly dimmed before going out completely?

Hi all, the LCD light that completes the middle number slowly went dim over a few weeks before going out completely. I took a peek at the board and observed an LCD module that is soldered on. It appears from the leads that the display is controlled by a microchip. I can solder no issue but struggle identifying board faults. Based off the Symptoms, would this be an issue with the LCD module or do I need a new microchip? Thanks!

‘18 Dodge Challenger CEL showed for only one trip and turned off. Codes read U0402 and P1DD2?

In the middle of a 100mi trip, I was graced with a CEL. When I got home to pull the codes I was given U0402 and P1DD2. The next day, the CEL was off. I noticed no issues with power or shifting. I read on a forum that these codes could have been triggered due to “favorable conditions existing” for TCM/PCM communication issues? For those more experienced than I, is this a correct explanation or should I be looking into this deeper?

How to clean/polish this stainless steel?

Is there a magic way to clean or polish this white discoloration out of my whirlpool dishwasher? It doesn’t feel rough like calcium deposits(though that is what it looks like in person), it feels more like rust bubbling underneath a clear coat…
