I am printing gyoid infill in a xyz calibration cube, the cube comes out pretty good, perfect first laster adhesio. but the infill is always just failed.... i am using klipper and orca slicer. Tried printing infill at 1 mms same result. Idk what is wrong.
So i when klipper on a emder 3, amd foe the life of me i can't get bed level.. when i do the screw calibrate getbthem all to 0... bed map is so far off. What do i do
I upgraded to double screw z access!, and when from stock firmware to kilpper. I did bed leveling calibrated extruder rate and stepper motors, i have 2 dice before klipper and ay and after clipper and Y upgrades. Oh! And i when from glass bed to pei bed. Anyways. So on the left is before upgrades and after! It had a huge improvement. But my first layer is worse then before... maybe my bed leveling is off? Not sure any help would be great. Thanks!. Have a ender 3 v2 dud a direct extuder and sansa fan shroud. Test prints look better just not great, i might be printing too fast? It peinted in about 1.5 hours for a benchy. The smoke stack part broke off mid print unsure why.
I got a used ender 3 v2, has some upgrades. Not entirely sure. The fan had missing blades, i replaced the fan to stop the vibrations from.it, and it got much quieter, by alot. And i got my best print so far... but i am not sure it seems to have some werid texures? Idk if this is good or bad.
I did just level the bed, it goes from like 00 middle to .12 out at worse and i seen .2 is like the most you want. So i should be with in tolerances. I did try and calibrate filament speed with what i read online, and set z off set as well. I spent a few days trying to calibrate and get it to print good, before giving up, printed the sansa? Or somthing mount sense the default one i had was kind of broken and didnt hold the fan, replaced the broken fan, and my first print after that is by far the most successful one.
The print is pla, at 225 degrees -1.36 off set idk if that is useful, print speed was 50 i beleive in slicer settings. And i am.using default glass bed, am looking at a steel pei bed, people thing it is much better i will switch, just not sure if i should.
Anyways! Any help or advice would be great!.
( i bought a cc2 to print the new fan holder, i still wanna improve the ender 3, oh and i have a dual z axis kit coming for it. And i want toadd a direct extruder mount)
