AI for physicians

As a physician in the US, I use PowerChart (EMR) for patient documentation, which takes up a lot of time. I'm considering adopting an additional AI tool that can generate notes from existing patient data, but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any recommendations for legally compliant solutions?

HIPAA-compliant physician app for testing

I'm building a desktop/web app targeting US physicians and I'm based outside the US (Europe).

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

Do I need to be fully HIPAA-compliant before I can even let physicians test the app, or is there a lighter-weight approach for closed beta/pilot testing that's still legally sound?

- What's the minimum viable compliance setup for a testing phase? What actually matters at this stage vs. what can come later?

What are the **biggest gotchas** people run into when entering the US healthcare market from abroad — things that aren't obvious until you're already in trouble?

I'm genuinely trying to build this the right way from the start — not cut corners and retrofit compliance later. Would love to hear from anyone who's been through this process, especially for early-stage products.

Thanks in advance.

Google Ads "Misconfigured" error for secondary "Add to Cart" goal

Hi everyone, I want to use the "Add to Cart" goal as a secondary action for observation only, but after setting the Account Default to "No", Google Ads shows a "Misconfigured" error. Will "Add to Cart" data still be tracked normally in the "All Conversions" column, or does this warning actually block the tracking?

Sudden order spike with zero paid ads — how would you investigate this?

My small niche store runs on pure organic SEO, no ads. Traffic comes from Google and blogs. Just noticed a 57% jump in orders over the last 90 days, with a clear spike in the last 2 weeks hitting 4-5 orders/day.

Thing is — visitors were coming from the same channels before, they just weren't converting like this. Nothing major changed on my end that I'm aware of.

How would you go about figuring out what actually caused this?

Explain the peak

Once in a whole I get a sale peak - traffic comes from google organic search - no adds running.

How do you explain the sales happening in peaks?

My todo list makes me feel guilty

I think most of us have been there. You sit down on Sunday evening, feel organized and motivated, carefully plan your week, and add everything to your todo list. It feels great. You feel on top of things.

Then Monday happens. And Tuesday. Life gets in the way, priorities shift, something unexpected comes up — and suddenly half your list is marked overdue. By Wednesday you open your app and instead of feeling motivated, you feel crushed before the day has even started. The list that was supposed to help you has turned into a daily reminder of everything you failed to do.

I've tried different apps, different methods — time-blocking, GTD, Notion setups, you name it. But the core problem stays the same: the moment something slips, the system punishes you for it. Red flags, overdue counters, missed deadlines. It creates guilt, not momentum.

What I'm really looking for is something that feels less like a judge and more like a coach. A system that doesn't shame you when you miss a task, but helps you refocus, re-prioritize, and move forward without carrying the weight of everything you didn't do.

Have you found something that actually works? Did you change the tool, the method, or your whole mindset around planning? I'd love to hear what shifted things for you.

Looking for an Amazon FBA Co-Founder ready to invest €10k–15k

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a genuine co-founder to build an Amazon FBA business together — not a coach, not an agency, not a service provider.

What I’m looking for

Someone who brings real Amazon FBA expertise in product research, sourcing, and launching, is willing to invest their own capital and share the risk, and is in it for long-term profit sharing — not a one-time fee. Experience with Amazon.com and/or Amazon.de is a must.

What I bring

I have €10,000–15,000 ready to deploy and am fully committed — this is not a passive investment for me. I run my own e-commerce business in Germany with hands-on experience in dropshipping and online retail. My professional background is in project management and financial planning, so I bring structure and reliability to the table. Based in Switzerland.

The model I have in mind

We launch a private label product together and split costs and profits based on what each partner contributes. Open to discussing the exact structure.

Looking for a FBA Cofounder

Hey everyone,

I'm an engineer in Switzerland, I have a demanding job, and I've been wanting to build an Amazon FBA business (US and/or EU) for a while now. The problem? I just don't have the bandwidth to run it properly.

So I'm looking for someone who does.

About me:

- Engineer, analytical, data-driven

- Based in Switzerland

- Ready to invest capital into inventory, sourcing, and ads

- In this for the long run – not looking for a quick flip

Who I'm looking for:

- You have Amazon FBA experience

- You can handle the day-to-day: listings, PPC, supplier communication, logistics

- You're honest and want to build something sustainable together

What's in it for you:

- Equity partnership

- Capital backing so you're not stuck bootstrapping alone

- A committed partner who won't disappear after month two

comment below if you are interested

Best Bobby
