How can I get the full logo of stremio. Now it doesn’t look good. I’m on firetv stick 4k second gen. I don’t really want to use any 3rd party launchers since I only have 2gb ram and am worried if it might affect performance. Is there any other way?
TLDR: Gigabyte laptop reaching temps up to 104 degrees, constant 99 degrees in game, thermal throttling and microstutters. Almost 5 months chasing Gigabyte for warranty service, 5 phone calls and constant followups all with the same useless response, approved onsite service that never happened, and then completely ghosted. Warranty now voided, laptop still broken. DONT BUY FROM GIGABYTE.
I have a Gigabyte G5 KF5 2024 (i7-13620H, RTX 4060) and the CPU sits at a constant 99°C in game causing constant microstutters and terrible performance. I ran Cinebench to stress test it and hit a max of 104°C with heavy throttling. Can't even play CS2 properly on a laptop with an RTX 4060. It got so bad that I even had to go out and buy a cooling pad with elevation just to try and manage the temps — didn't make a single difference. This laptop was only a few months old when this started. A few months old. Brand new laptop and its temps are beyond the boiling point of water wtf.
Here's exactly what happened after I contacted them:
Dec 23 — Raised the issue through Gigabyte's support portal about CPU overheating and throttling.
Dec 24 — They issued a send-in RMA asking me to physically pack and ship the laptop to their Ernakulam service center. I replied through the portal asking if they could arrange pickup and asking about running benchmarks to confirm the issue. No response.
Jan 2 — Followed up again through the portal chat. Nothing.
Jan 13 — Followed up again, this time with HWiNFO screenshots proving 104°C max temps. Asked again for onsite pickup. No response.
Jan 28 — Followed up again telling them the laptop could potentially catch fire at these temperatures. Begging them to do something, still nothing.
Eventually Gigabyte themselves told me I had to separately file a second request specifically for onsite pickup, so I did that too. So I had to go through the whole process twice because their first solution was to make me ship the laptop at my own expense.
Feb 6 — Onsite RMA finally approved (KCOS-2620001). Their service partner Best Yield Technical Services was supposed to contact me to arrange a visit.
Feb 14-23 — They never contacted me. I called Gigabyte's support line 5 times over 10 days and every single time was told "it's showing as processed in the system, they'll contact you soon." Five calls. Same answer every time. Five times I sat on the phone being lied to.
Feb 24 — Best Yield finally emails me, nearly 3 weeks after approval, just to tell me my area in Kozhikode is outside their service coverage. So the onsite service they approved was never actually going to happen. They downgraded to courier pickup and told me to pack it myself. I asked if they could bring packaging since I don't have the original box anymore. They said no.
Feb 25 — I asked them one simple question: can I get the laptop back within 1-2 weeks because I have exams and I'm travelling abroad soon? They never replied. Complete silence from that point. No pickup. No email. Nothing.
I had been reading posts here that people were getting their products back after 1-2 months after sending. I didn't even make it to that part lol. So because I had board exams and was travelling abroad soon I went to a local shop and repasted from there, but the issue was still there — no change. So now my warranty is technically voided and a laptop that still throttles and stutters. I'm stuck with a defective product that I paid for. They had an approved onsite RMA and their team never once showed up or even attempted to arrange anything. I called them 5 times and was told the same lie every single time. "The report is showing up as processing in system and an engineer from the service center would contact me." because they ghosted me and didnt provide me any service and due to the circumstances i was basically forced to go and do the repaste locally. also my parents were worried that the laptop would catch fire lol and insisted me to do it.
And while all of this was happening I was also trying everything I could on my own end to manage the temps. Tried Throttlestop, tried Intel XTU — both completely useless because Gigabyte locks most of the features on this laptop. so not only did they sell me a laptop with a clear defect, they made sure I couldn't even attempt to fix it myself while they spent 2 months ignoring me. Wow. it has now been over 2.5 months since their last message telling me that they would pick up my product soon and I still haven't heard a word from their side, im absolutely fed up.
Actually i had bought this Laptop from gigabyte seeing the cheap price, i got this rtx 4060 laptop for 74k. At first i was very happy thinking i got very good deal, but now i realize why this was so cheap. gigabyte totally screwed me over. i dont think its right how they just ghosted me. so what im saying is:
DO NOT BUY GIGABYTE PRODUCTS NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS. THEY HAVE SHITTY PRODUCTS AND WONT PROVIDE SERVICE - THEY WILL GHOST YOU. EVEN MY EX WONT GHOST ME LIKE THIS.

Issue: im having extreme overheating issues on my laptop. im using aiostreams elfhosted. as of now every other stream other than ones from mediafusion seems to be working. Even streams which do not have the filtered out words (web-dl,etc) are not working. ive had issues with this addon in the past aswell as it would show streams which were not cached as cached. just wanted to share this issue and see if anyone was experiencing the same aswell.
