Why don’t they sell the cue cards ?

I know wally sells personalised cue cards. But I feel like there’s a market (amongst nerdy SNL fans like me) for ‘match worn’ cue cards. If they auctioned them off after the show I feel like people would buy them. Infact they could even have an after market value like trading cards, if a sketch got big, like David S Pumpkins - the card with the punchline on it could be worth more.

What actually happens to show used cards? Are they reused? Recycled (hopefully) ? Or in a dumpster behind 30 rock?

Low stakes conspiracy… the reform candidate for Waveney Valley isn’t real?!

From Waveney Valley to Uncanny Valley, the reform chap who just got elected seems to be AI (or at least enhanced!) and has no online presence, didn’t turn up for any of the counts, isn’t in any of the online pictures and doesn’t seem to have any public facing social media that anyone has tagged him in to congratulate him. A paper candidate, perhaps. But I chose to believe he isn’t real!

MOD approved, so here goes nothing!

I saw you at the 5/2 Live Show taping of Saturday Night Live hosted by Olivia Rodrigo. You were the funny guy from Florida. You were a black man, probably about 5’8 to 5’10.

You told me you were gainfully employed in a thriving industry (entertainment). I think you said you worked on a ?sketch television show, and that you’re not in many sketches, but you’re doing okay. Some would say you’re finding your voice more every week.

We spent most of the pre-show and commercial breaks teasing each other, laughing, shimmying with excitement about being at the show, talking about our parents (and their lack of interest in traveling), and just having a really fun time. You made a comment about me visiting you in Florida and I asked "When?" Unfortunately, I lost sight of you as they quickly ushered me out of the studio after the show. Epic fail on my part, but maybe you'll see this post?

Regardless, thank you for those lovely moments of laughter, and I hope you had a safe and smooth return trip home to Florida.
