Foundayo vs Wegovy (pill)

I’m overweight and am wanting to start a GLP. I only want a pill so it would either be Foundayo or the Wegovy pill. I know this medication is very new so the reviews and experiences are mixed, but how has your experience been on it? I’ve seen that Foundayo can have less GI side effects and can be taken with food. It looks like my insurance actually covers the medication (which is very rare for me), so that’s why I have looked at Foundayo first (unsure about the Wegovy coverage). Although I did see that research has shown Wegovy to be more effective for weight loss. Not sure which one to choose.

Anyone else experiencing this bug?

Idk if it’s just me but ever since the new patch, enemy nameplates have been showing the wrong color for their class. It usually shows up as red or gray and then switches to the correct class color.

I would play legion remix again in a heartbeat

I had more fun playing lemix than I’ve had with modern wow in a long time. Legion was one of the best expansions wow ever made, but this still proves to me that blizz has yet to make modern wow feel as enjoyable and rewarding as the older expansions did. We are sick of the same formula every expansion: four new zones, new raids and dungeons, and discovering that somehow there is yet another cosmic force behind everything. I know remix benefits from using content that was already made, but it still shows how blizz has the power to make the game fun when they stop feeding into the same systems and algorithm. Anyway, my point is lemix was more fun to me than TWW and Midnight (so far), and I would 100% still be playing it if it never ended (that’s how much I loved legion, lol).

Tips for starting Nardil?

Disclaimer this will probably be a long post

TL,DR: I’m starting Nardil and am worried about dietary restrictions and side effects.

I’ve posted in this sub a few times because I was curious about Nardil for my severe social anxiety after trying countless medications. Everyone has said it’s been amazing for them, so after going back and forth with myself, I finally asked my psychiatrist about trying Nardil and he agreed. I am starting in two weeks and while I’m excited, I’m also very nervous tbh. This is the most nervous I’ve ever been to start a medication.

I worry about the dietary restrictions the most. I already have OCD as it is, so I feel like I’ll constantly be paranoid about eating the wrong thing while on Nardil. I know most people here have said the dietary restrictions are overblown/exaggerated, so I’m just curious if there are any foods you’ve had that actually HAVE caused symptoms of a hypertensive crisis. It’s so frustrating looking up online if I can eat a certain food; one time it’ll say I should avoid it and the second time it’ll say it’s fine to eat… I’m assuming that’s because of the fact that MAOI’s research were conducted a long time ago and that commercial foods have lowered tyramine amounts. I did read some of Dr. Ken Gillman’s work on MAOIs, but I’m just curious more so on personal experiences.

Here are some foods I wanted to know about but have gotten mixed results:
-Yogurt (and Greek yogurt)
-Sour cream
-Ripe bananas
-Buttermilk
-Soy sauce (I’m assuming no)
-Provolone cheese (I’m assuming no)
-Parmesan (I’m assuming no)
-Dark chocolate
-Nutella
-Sourdough
-Deli meats

I would also love if you have any advice on managing side effects. I’m aware individual responses vary for side effects, but I have heard weight gain and insomnia are among the most common ones. I already have insomnia but am on seroquel which has been working, I just hope Nardil doesn’t worsen my sleep… For weight gain I was thinking of starting a glp or some weight loss medication. Another thing I saw is common is sexual dysfunction, but I know you can’t really combat that.

Sorry this was so long, but I would love any advice or tips you have for starting Nardil or any MAOI!

Weight gain

I’m starting Nardil in a few weeks for my severe social anxiety and I’m excited, but the only side effect I am very concerned about is weight gain. I know lots of people here said they’ve gain a lot of weight and some have gone on weight loss meds. I was thinking about going on this new glp they came out with “Foundayo”. I’d try metformin but most people said they didn’t notice a difference. Anyone have any advice?

Why is my rating going down so fast??

I got up to 2800 in rated bg blitz probably 2 weeks ago (I play mm hunter). And now I went all the way down to 2300… idk why blizzard hates me. I have been put in shitty comps where either none of my teammates follow the objectives, not enough dps/bad heals, bad coms, or simply because the other team is better (which has been the case a LOT). But every match I try ensuring we follow all of those yet I’m on a streak of losing. It’s so unfair too right now because yesterday I finally won 2 matches and my rating stayed the same… I wanted to try climbing higher after 2800, but clearly that was a mistake… Has this happened to anyone else THIS BAD? And how can I get my rating up… at this point I’m only trying to climb back up to 2800.

Should I race change? (To night elf)

I’ve been debating if I should race change my void elf hunter to night elf since they are arguably the best race for PvP (at least on alliance). Shadowmeld would be great, but I’m still going back and forth because I like the look of both male and female void elf models, but I absolutely HATE the male night elf model. I like the female model so that’s the one I’d probably be using most of the time. But I still don’t know. Is it worth it? I do PvP a lot.

Do the side effects go away?

I think I’m going to ask my psychiatrist about Nardil next time because I have severe social anxiety and no medications have worked so far. Do the side effects go away though, or at least get better? I already have insomnia as it is, but I’m sleeping fine because I’m on medication for it. But I’ve seen lots of people say here that their sleep gets worse. Has your sleep gotten better? Also what about weight gain? The only side effect I’ve heard people say gets better over time is the sexual dysfunction.

Also separate question, but has there been any other medication that has actually helped with your social anxiety? Like I said I’ve tried almost everything, but I want to make sure I’ve tested everything before switching to something as extreme as Nardil in terms of lifestyle changes.

Is Nardil worth it?

I’ve been through TONS of medications. I have severe social anxiety and loneliness and no med that I’ve tried has even touched the kind of stuff I need help with. I’ve tried every SSRI/SNRI, lots of antidepressants, and antipsychotics. I saw Nardil is the most effective med when it comes to this but I’m still very hesitant due to the amount of side effects. Are the side effects worth the help/relief that Nardil, or any MAOI provides? I’m the most scared of the dietary restrictions and hypertensive crisis, but I also saw that it has a high chance of causing weight gain and sexual side effects. I’m on other meds and most of them would interact with Nardil so I would have to change them. But at the same time my anxiety and mental issues are very debilitating so idk what to do.

When is GPT 6 coming out?

Why did I hear a month or two ago that it was releasing back then? And now when I google it, it says late 2026 or early 2027? Anyone know?

"What Was Buried" quest not working

Idk if this quest is bugged or if it's just me but the two other chambers aren't appearing on my screen. I reported the bug to wow a few days ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Can someone confirm if this is a bug or just me doing something wrong?

I just can’t get behind devourer

I like devourer in PvE with collapsing star and the annihilator build, but in PvP the playstyle just feels weird. Since most PvP builds are playing void scarred, there’s essentially no point in playing with collapsing star. When blizz first introduced the spec, they made it seem like the whole point of devourer was trying to stay in meta as long as possible. But with void scarred you’re just popping your void surge and then awkwardly have to wait to get out of meta (most people say you shouldn’t use void ray since it extends your fury). On top of that, it feels like blizz designed the spec around its apex talents. And again since collapsing star isn’t in most PvP builds, the whole concept of this spec just feels awkward and clunky.
