We have high close rates once we get on discovery calls with the right stakeholders. What I need now is a dedicated Lead Collector / Pipeline Specialist who knows how to find, filter, and deliver high-intent decision-makers so we can turn them into active conversations.

A Fair Share: You get a fair share on every closed engagement originating from your lead lists/pipeline. That translates to $100 to $3,000+ per closed client.
Long-Term Scaling: As long as that client continues running sprints or retainers with us, you continue getting your cut.
Open to Hybrids: If you bring an established outbound system or set qualified discovery calls directly (rather than just scraping lists), we can discuss a small upfront base/per-meeting bounty plus the back-end share.
Zero Delivery Headaches: You find and source the pipeline. Our technical leads handle the discovery calls, scoping, proposals, contracts, and delivery end-to-end.
