Does anyone know what kind of screws these are?

Hey yall,

I have these small Philips screws for the cowl and for that plastic piece on each door sill. I was wondering if anyone knows what they’re called or where you can get them? Does anybody else have these? I’m assuming they came stock with the vehicle. This one’s fine but the rest are rusted

Chicken fricasse: why’s my stew broken?

Made chicken fricasse for the first time and did something like this:

- sear for colour on chicken drumsticks and remove. I used olive oil
- add: butter, 2 shallots, 1 tbsp garlic, 15oz mushrooms, thyme, oregano, and 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup of white wine and reduce
- 2 cups chicken stock and 1 cup cream
- add chicken back in and braise

  1. Don’t think I can post a pic but my stew looks broken, almost like the vibe you get when you mix oil and water. Rather than a nice cohesive liquid that’s one colour.

  2. I was also hoping by the end of the cook my herbs and veggies would’ve ‘liquified’ or ‘melted’ with the stew a bit more - still some pieces of herbs and shallots you could chew on. Does a dish like this require you to really finely chop your herbs and veggies? If so, use a knife or do you guys recommend something else?
