Do i have to count calories to grow my glutes as a begginer if i want quite fast results?
I’m 50 kg, 176cm and 15 yo. Honestly the reason why i’m gon glute train is to help myself gain weight lol
And everyone always says oh go on a surplus but i genuinely can’t bro my mom or grandma always cook me dinner and i don’t know many cals let alone grams of protein those meals are. I CAN ask my mom if i can make my own food or reccomend her a meal, but realistically i’d have to make it js for myself cs my parents and my taste buds are very different. But my grandma already thinks im disordered or something she’d probably force me to eat „just a little portion tho!” If i even told her that i already made myself dinner the day before for example.
Also i have a habit of „guessing” calories of meals ans counting them already its making me super miserable and i fear i cant stop lmfao
