Housekeepers that aren't strictly cleaners?

First world problems I know but with both of us being high earners, travelling different days to London etc. we are simply falling behind on the basics like doing the washing up, washing clothes, tidying, changing the bedsheets that kind of stuff. We have a weekly cleaner who does a fantastic job, but what I think we need is someone to come in daily and keep the household running.

When I try to Google this, I just get loads of links to cleaners. I have a cleaner, she's great, I wouldn't want to get rid of her, but she doesn't have the capacity to do what I'm asking.

Does such a service exist? What should I be searching for?

Are matrix headlights worth it? How far can I push the discount?

Speccing up a Macan 4S and getting to the point where we're trimming fat to get the price to an acceptable point. Our first Porsche, we're not used to the dealers playing such hardball on discounts!

One item I've trimmed off is the matrix LED headlights, but the dealer is cautioning against it. I don't think it's a cost thing, they're arguing to lose other stuff but keep that if the price is the same. I've never had them before, we don't do a tonne of night driving and I've been using full and dipped beams by hand in my over 20 years of driving.

Also what kind of list price discount should I be aiming for?

Our spec: https://porsche-code.com/PTQ7Q7W3. In the UK.

Hi, we sell haemorrhoid cream, here's our attempt to get your attention with our email spam by awkwardly referencing the world cup and how it relates to piles

Anyone else have issues with ELEGOO Rapid PTEG and melting glue after drying?

I've had an issue with ELEGOO's Rapid PETG where the filament appears to be stuck to itself, so as it loads in it repeatedly snaps. The only solution is to gently unwind it by hand then re-spool it.

What I quickly realised that this is combined with a white residue on the filament, which I think is the glue they must use to have the filament stay nice and tight on the reel without tangling.

ELEGOO's own website says for drying you need '60 ± 5 °C for 8h'. My dryer is a SUNLU that defaults to 65 degrees for PETG so my working assumption is that I've overcooked it and the dryer is running hot.

However, I've just got a brand new roll of black PETG both ELEGOO's Rapid PETG and a roll of Bambu Lab's PETG basic. I've put them both in my Bambu AMS2 and dried at 65 degrees for 8 hours. The AMS2's own internal thermometer says it's at 65 degrees and I've independently checked with my own oven thermometer. After 8 hours the Bambu filament is fine, the ELEGOO is ruined.

I get this consistently with every roll of ELEGOO Rapid PETG so I'm surprised there's not more complaints. My only solution is to dry it at a lower temp, but then I still get stringing compared to the Bambu.
