Completed my company command for my custom guard regiment for warhammer 40k. Obviously he needs basing still but I haven't settled on a basing scheme to go with my paint scheme so that will be added later. But the model himself is good to go.

Used bits from a couple different warhammer kits, head aquillon jump troops. Left arm, altered from cadian shock troops upgrade spru, right arm death korps of kreig, sword, inquisitor greyfax.

Made this guy as a regiment commander for my custom guard regiment. But I am liking him so much that I think he will be a stand in for my military attache for necromunda games too!

Company commander for my homegrown guard regiment. Lots of bits, fist cut from scions, pistol is sisters of battle, face is from stormcast, helmet from kreig, backpack is bits from krieg, greyfax, and a mystery bits box item. Body was sculpted and cast by your truly.

First of my specialists for my custom guard regiment command squad. The syringe is just some 2mm plastic tube, .5mm tube for the plunger, and shaved down kreig bayonette for the needle, then some sculpting putty for the finger loops. Hand from the krieg binoculars.

Creating a custom guard regiment. I sculpted the heads, body, and 10 different poses of legs, the made resin casts (the light grey components) built to be compatible with kreig arms. Each guy still needs some sculpting as you can see by the pics. Ive got 70 total built so far but here are few close ups of some of them. CC welcome

Got commissioned to re-sculpt this old mounted elector count for an on-foot version. Ended up having to just cut and dremil away the whole lower half and re-sculpt it with a wire frame. CC welcome.
