So, because of the course lineup, I won't reach OFP until Jan 2027. My EPZ is May 2026. Would I receive Lt back pay ( from May 26 to Dec 26) when I get promoted in Jan? What are the references for this?

I am doing this because I believe the very nature of the US ecosystem places less regulations on business and given it's size, it would fundamentally allows US Capital market to outperform the rest of the world. I think in the next 20 yrs, the world would be more multipolar, but because the size and the political environment the US has, the US would still be the top global innovator on new technologies.

I 23 right now and I am looking at a 30 yr investment timeline. I think the US political system will adjust itself from the current instability Trump brought.

Our relationship is almost a yr. My Girlfriend’s friend (21F), whom I met a few times, trash-talks about me to her other friends behind her back. Her friend is saying I am replacing her, and I will eventually dump my girlfriend (21F). She claims to the other friend that my girlfriend will eventually have to choose between me or her. My girlfriend has also learned that she has been lying to other friends in the group about my girlfriend not picking up her phone call and ignoring her. This friend even called my girlfriend's mom to complain about us spending time together. This friend appeared friendly when we met.

Her other friend told her about it. My girlfriend was mad and wanted to confront her. I told her not to do it and to be more distant with her.

Previously, this friend told my GF that I was annoying and couldn't stand me. My GF shut it off and told her not to disrespect me again. So I guess that's why she's talking shit about me to her other friends.

For background info, they met in high school. Back in the day, my girlfriend was the underling and relied on her.

As of now, this friend has dropped out of school multiple times and works in a grocery store with no plans for the future. This friend openly talks about flirting with other guys behind her boyfriend, while her boyfriend loves her dearly. My girlfriend does not agree with her morals and her life decision.

My girlfriend is graduating with her bachelor's degree and going to grad school now. My salary would be raised to the six-figure level in a couple of years, and we do plan to get married later on. I think their social standing will be very different in the future, and they would naturally drift apart. Hence, I don't think it is necessary to actually confront her.
